“So we arrived at the airport and on our way to Indiana we stopped for a quick bite. No one greeted us or helped with the order. They stayed in the back and did not even acknowledge us. Mind y'all, I'm old and ot very computer savvy, I proceed to make my order on the monitor thingy and took forever. Food was good tho!!!“

“Food is always great and professional! Delicious comfort food! At a decent but not great price! I stop by there 10-30 times a year. And if there is no peanut allergy, then yummy fries! And the Cajun seasoned fries are fire!
(Atmosphere note from one with service industry experience... when there are 3-4 ppl waiting on orders and 3-5 ppl in line and another few trying to tell you they have online pickups... that's how the place looked when I got to the clarksville indiana location to let them know i was picking up my online order... maybe don't have a couple of employees, both male, walk out from the back of the kitchen areas or prep areas with a scowl on both their faces! [There were only like 2-3 employees working on the floor when I got there and for about 5-7 min after before the other two came from the back with attitudes and potentially dirty hands?] And they were the wrong side of terse when I asked one of them to wash their hands before they started bagging up food after coming from the back???)
I don't want to be fussy and Karen like and get annoying government involved over people's attitudes and behaviors. I just want you to coach your ppl to better and more quality service when necessary! Foods always great! This is the first not near perfect review I've given you guys... all 5 of ya!
Might be a sign of the times and the world and how little ppl care about being better than we were the day before and American excellence? Dunno. But I just like to help where I can and "leave things better than I found them!"

“Subway has really upped their game. The wheat bread is much better. The meat looked and tasted much better. The vegetable bins were full and much fresher. I didn't feel like I was getting the last piece of wilted lettuce in the place. I hesitated to try again after several visits that were less than pleasant. I don't like begging to have a few more veggies on my sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised with the product and service this time.“
