Donuts near Highland

“Usually when I come to this Dunkin in Highland I have no issue at all. But today I got a ham and swiss stuffer and it was frozen in the middle hahaha! I literally have been laughing about this for the past hour ? I did heat it at work but just a heads up if you go there. Check the middle ???“

“Sooo I place a mobile order on Sunday. The cost was over $15. I had several drinks. I paid through the app but when I got to the store no one was there. It was completely empty. I was annoyed. I went back on Monday and the manager was pretty amazing. He apologized and upsized my drinks. He even threw in donuts. I’m thankful for how he handled it! He went above and beyond to make things right. ??“

“For a small Dunkin, the morning crew is always friendly and on point. The evening crew is too, but I mostly go in the AM.

The donuts are not same and not made in house, but that's most of them, now.

“This is the same staff that also runs Dunkin donuts. As my other review stated these workers seem to have good days and bad days. Unfortunately there shouldn't be that many bad days. When ordering here they tend to not complete the order correctly.“

“I am obsessed with Dunkin' Donuts. I truly rely on their coffee to stay at my best. When I don't have it, I don't feel fully engaged. My taste is straightforward; I prefer my coffee simple and don't need it overwhelmed with fancy extras. A medium black coffee with one packet of sugar is the key to a successful day. “I was pleasantly surprised today, matcha latte with cold foam made well. Hash browns hot and tasty. I was greeted with a hello, by a very kind woman. I was there during the morning rush. I did pick up through the app for faster service. IDon’t normally write reviews but was expecting much worse based off the previous reviews. Hopefully that’s a sign management is listening to customers and treating their workers fairly“

“I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.“

“This Dunkin is alright but they charge you full price for refills. So I would go to the other Calumet city Dunkin because they do give you a big discount for refills they only charge $1.90 for an extra large refill. This Dunkin charged me $3.20 for an extra large refill.“

“I've been a regular every morning 4 at least 2 years and the crew at this location is fantastic! They always make my coffee exactly right. No other dunkin can. And even when I was in a car accident and door dashed my coffee they still made sure my coffee was right. Love you Grant st crew and management!“

“The sausage croissant was okay but this is concerning honesty. I drove off without my receipt or my change $17. I called them and they told me they saw that and I went back and they gave me back my money. People don't do that in today's world and you don't even have a receipt. That's honesty. I was used to it back in the '60s and '70s but not today. Just want to give him their props for that. I will be a customer of theirs from now on and as I said the food was okay too“
