“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

“I always get my favorite sandwich the cold cut trio and today I decided to go with Italian herbs and cheese bread and they did not disappoint. I really enjoyed using my subway coupon, which gave me no trouble, and the ladies there were polite and very helpful. Inside is clean and neat, and the veggies looked great this time. They must have fixed the temperature gage in the cooler under the veggies, because at on point they were getting freezer burn, and I had stopped going. But I returned and yes they have it all fixed. “as a truck driver, i've been to many subways. I have been to this one in Gary IN like 7 times in the last 2-3 months. I have been served by a handful of different employees. They always have EXCEPTIONAL customer service here, easily the best subway customer service i have ever experienced. Always friendly, and always tolerant of my (probably unusual) request to toast bacon on the side for extra crispiness. The subs the employees make here are always absolutely delicious too. This is easily my favorite subway i have ever been to. I seriously don't know how they can get it right so frequently. These guys all deserve a raise“

“This Subway restaurant was like any other, however, I had to deduct 2 stars because the roof must have a leak, as water was dripping down by the outside windows near where my kids and I were sitting.

I think he could tell I was a little nervous about ordering so he went through the entire menu with me, ranking each sub from his favorite to least favorite. Then he told me all of the different variations they can do...I was astounded 😳! I was ordering for my 3 kids and wasn't sure what subs to order them. Brayden asked me about each kid and then suggested which subs they'd like based on their personalities. Well....he was right!!!! My kids LOVED what he picked out for them. While I was getting ready to pay he asked if I wanted chips and a drink. I said I wasn't sure so he suggested which chips and drinks would pair well with each sandwich!!! He was right again! To say I was impressed would be an understatement.“

“When we first moved to NWI, we first visited Pops when they were located closer to Jewel. At first, when we ordered our beef juicy, the beef was still dry. Over the years, they have gotten better. The beef is juicy, tender, and tasty. So juicey that now, they wrap your beef and then put your wrapped beef inside a plastic bag for take out orders. The beef here is much better than the overrated beef sandwich at Portillos. The large order of fries is enough to share.“

“Food is always freshThey're usually pretty busy around lunch time so the wait is a few extra minutes but worth it.The staff has improved greatly but the downside is they do not accept the coupons and have not for a long time so you will be paying full price for your subs.Also not open for breakfast like the others.
