“I just ate the biscuits and gravy. The girl working drive thru was super nice and quick. Everything was excellent except the biscuits and gravy had maple syrup in it! I could definitely taste maple syrup and it was sweet! Sausage gravy should not be sweet!“

“The food was great, but the drive-thru employee was not pleasant. If you hate your job, don't let that carry over in your voice to customers. Bad vibes just make everyone else's day bad. I was also not told of the wait prior to paying, which is the company's sneaky way of getting you to pay first prior to bad news.“

“Stopped visiting this location a few years back every visit it was a long wait, a shift change, burgers no lettuce no tomato no ketchup, no breakfast, it seemed as if the rude employees just didn’t want to work. After an appointment today my daughter requested Wendy’s and this was the closest location. I started to ask if she wanted McDonald’s instead because of the reputation they left. But after getting 4 shots I wanted to treat her to what she asked. Long story short, I am glad I visited today. No long wait, food was made fresh and fast, and the black guy at the window was so pleasant and polite and offered to pick up my nickel I dropped out of the window. I enjoyed this new experience. I saw the sign to leave a review and said yes!! There is noticeable change. Keep up the good work.“

“I live pretty close to this location. I use the drive-thrylu when I stop by. It is a dependably quick stop with an accurate order filled. The food is consistently fresh and cooked to perfection. I usually order the Biggie Bag with the double stack. The fries and nuggets are crispy & hot. The burgers are great. MY FAVORITE thing is that they serve crispy leaves of lettuce on their sandwiches. My biggest pet peeve is having stringy, soggy shredded lettuce on my sandwich that falls all over my lap as I drive. I LOVE the crispy leaf lettuce. Thank you Wendys and thank you to our amazing hard workers who make sure this location stays open, stocked and clean for us! Lebanon, IN Wendys is doing a GREAT job! Locals love it, as do I!“

BEST service I have seen anywhere in a long time. From being greated at the door to taking our order, receiving our order, while eating and leaving no complaints. “I had an amazing experience at this Wendy’s! The woman who helped me was very patient, sweet, and communicative. She helped me direct the app to use my points, explained any up charges, and was very informative about the boo books and helped me buy one. My order was hot, fresh, and correct the first time!

“Had trouble with Kiosks of both nearby Steak & Shake and McDonald's and there was no employee to ask for help. Went to Wendy's and was greeted by a friendly Manager~Employee who even Up-Sold items to me . Very Helpful & attentive“

Whoever was cooking on November 10th around 7 p.m. deserves a raise. In fact, the whole drive-through team had a good vibe.

Response time could be better; other than that, no complaints.

“There was a gentleman there yesterday (I forgot his name) who was working alone with no help. He was very kind to me and made me realize there’s definitely still good human beings on this Earth! He deserves a raise. His customer service skills are amazing! I felt so bad for him“

“The manager was seen giving positive reinforcement to an employee who accidentally caused chairs to fall when closing up. The employee appeared shell shocked from the loud noise and the manager, sha I believe, seen this and instantly came to give positive reinforcement that quickly deescalated the employees emotions.“

“We were greatest with cordialality and the special order was prepared with the greatest care. My mother's emotional support dog, Peanut was allowed in the store and the staff was delighted to interact with her. The order was placed and received within in a reasonable time...about 5mins.“

“Recently the Wendy's in my neighborhood
(area of 56th & Georgetown) closed. It really caught me off guard. So I had to drive to the Wendy's at Trader's Point, 86th & Zionsville Rd. It bothers me the only two burger joint's in my neighbor is now Burger King and Mickey D's. At nearly age 70 it goes without saying I'm burnt-out on those two. Burger King can't come up with anything fresh or new. And Mickey D's is Mickey D's. My neighborhood is dying a slow, slow death. Subway is also still here, but the only thing new there is their never ending price increases. Mr. Gyro's on 38th street is still on 38th street, but as much as I love their food, their french fries have always been booty.“

“The food came out hot, fresh, and to-order. The restaurant was clean, quiet, and relaxed in attitude and atmosphere. The only reason why I removed a star for atmosphere was because there was a full-on fight that broke out in the parking lot. I understand that this wasn't the responsibility of the staff, Wendy's as a business, or anything like that but it did lead to a little awkwardness during our meal, hence my measurement.“
