“The food was great, but the drive-thru employee was not pleasant. If you hate your job, don't let that carry over in your voice to customers. Bad vibes just make everyone else's day bad. I was also not told of the wait prior to paying, which is the company's sneaky way of getting you to pay first prior to bad news.“

“I ordered through DoorDash, the driver picked up and never brought the food. numerous drivers had came after to pick up. I had called to check on my order and they told me it was picked up 40 mins ago, Emily ended up calling me back and was Replacing it and sending it with the current driver, I love this store!! They always take care of me either for breakfast or dinner time! That’s true customer service“

“The staff were friendly and kind. Fairly busy store. The cheeseburger we ordered had to be replaced due to it being cold, but they had no problem remaking it. We had ordered a dbl mushroom burger, and it also had to be remade due to being a single when we received it, which they also remade.
This was not our first time here and won't be our last.“

“Stopped visiting this location a few years back every visit it was a long wait, a shift change, burgers no lettuce no tomato no ketchup, no breakfast, it seemed as if the rude employees just didn’t want to work. After an appointment today my daughter requested Wendy’s and this was the closest location. I started to ask if she wanted McDonald’s instead because of the reputation they left. But after getting 4 shots I wanted to treat her to what she asked. Long story short, I am glad I visited today. No long wait, food was made fresh and fast, and the black guy at the window was so pleasant and polite and offered to pick up my nickel I dropped out of the window. I enjoyed this new experience. I saw the sign to leave a review and said yes!! There is noticeable change. Keep up the good work.“

“I went through the drive thru. There were three to four cars ahead. The voice on the intercom was polite and professional. She asked us to wait and came back when she was ready. Took our order. We paid and waited. Our food was fresh, hot and good. We
were given a courtesy cup of water without ice, just as we asked. My food was worth the wait.“

“I stopped here for dinner late in the evening and it was worth it. They were not busy so when I ordered, I got my food really quick.
I got the spicy chicken sandwich and the spicy nuggets and they were great.
The chicken nuggets and the chicken and the sandwich were very crispy, flavorful and spicy.“

“Wendy's food is great. I choose them over all fast food restaurants. Today not all good I order my regular Asiago spicy chicken combo. I waited 20 minutes for it to be ready. The chicken was hot but fries were cold plus my bun was cold and hard. Since I had to wait that long my fries should be fresh. Pros professional drive thru guy. Plus the lady who brought food to car was super nice“

“The manager was seen giving positive reinforcement to an employee who accidentally caused chairs to fall when closing up. The employee appeared shell shocked from the loud noise and the manager, sha I believe, seen this and instantly came to give positive reinforcement that quickly deescalated the employees emotions.“

“Recently the Wendy's in my neighborhood
(area of 56th & Georgetown) closed. It really caught me off guard. So I had to drive to the Wendy's at Trader's Point, 86th & Zionsville Rd. It bothers me the only two burger joint's in my neighbor is now Burger King and Mickey D's. At nearly age 70 it goes without saying I'm burnt-out on those two. Burger King can't come up with anything fresh or new. And Mickey D's is Mickey D's. My neighborhood is dying a slow, slow death. Subway is also still here, but the only thing new there is their never ending price increases. Mr. Gyro's on 38th street is still on 38th street, but as much as I love their food, their french fries have always been booty.“

“They were very dead...customer wise, but food was great and actually fast. Employees seem like a great team!!! The positive team makes everything better. “Once pulled into the parking lot with some friends at 9:30 in the evening, because the map said they closed at midnight. From inside the building, one of the employees pointed and laughed at us. We immediately left.Energy of this establishment is unmatched by any place else in town.“

She was so friendly and sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and nice. If only other drive through restaurants workers was like her. I have visited plenty drive through and the customers service were awful.
