“This is my first time ever going into the establishment.
I was not greeted. I stood there waiting at the counter for about five minutes. They were busy, but no one even looked at me. They intentionally ignored me. I walked out walked in. Waited some more then got greeted then got service. Food was exactly as expected great.
They did not call out my order to let me know when it was ready. Just a little disappointing as locally they have a good name these are reasons why someone may not come back.“

“I love this place, and I love their black lavender tea! However, the most frustrating thing about this place is that they are ALWAYS out of something specifically, the black lavender. I’m sure it’s a very popular drink. But there’s been times where they’re out for weeks at a time. I gave it time thinking it was from the new startup since they had just opened a little while ago, and had moved their other store recently. However, it is still happening.

I don’t know anything about what’s happening behind the scenes, so it could be a supply thing versus being the actual store itself.

Overall, the staff is quite kind. They always serve with a smile on their faces. Inside is quite casual and relaxing. The drinks are amazing when they’re actually in stock.“
