“This Subway restaurant was like any other, however, I had to deduct 2 stars because the roof must have a leak, as water was dripping down by the outside windows near where my kids and I were sitting.

Thankfully, a television in the restaurant was playing the episode of the A-Team where thugs are threatening Mr T's mom, and trying to scare her out of her apartment. This was more than enough to distract me from any inbound water.“

“We went for the “Cookies with Santa” event and it was AMAZING! The sandwiches were a plus, but Christina and crew did an amazing job making my baby’s first Santa picture great! We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. “I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

Price was steeper than I'm used to paying in subway. I got a regular footlong-no modifications, with a drink/chips. Total with tax was $18.17.“

“I've never been to a Subway before so I was a little nervous about ordering. I entered the building and was greeted by a young man named Brayden. I think he could tell I was a little nervous about ordering so he went through the entire menu with me, ranking each sub from his favorite to least favorite. Then he told me all of the different variations they can do...I was astounded 😳! I was ordering for my 3 kids and wasn't sure what subs to order them. Brayden asked me about each kid and then suggested which subs they'd like based on their personalities. Well....he was right!!!! My kids LOVED what he picked out for them. While I was getting ready to pay he asked if I wanted chips and a drink. I said I wasn't sure so he suggested which chips and drinks would pair well with each sandwich!!! He was right again! To say I was impressed would be an understatement.“

“The service and atmosphere are pure Subway, ok, and clean. This stores's bathroom is off limits still. But I like the sandwiches I've had there. I stick with the hot sandwiches, particularly the chicken. The chicken is real roasted chicken, and there is an ample amount of it on the sandwich. The bread they use isn't high end french, but it is fresh. The flatbread is pretty good also. Good enough that I bought some at the grocery store. Some Subways will sell an extra bread, but this one won't. The cookies are good too. There is a good deal if you add a bottle of soda, a bag of chips and a cookie. A well rounded meal! My store is open until 1 am, so it's a quick, easy late night meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's doable, but not easy. The door is in a well, and slightly uphill. If you're alone, you have to open the door, come around the corner while keeping the door open, and over the threshold. It's a pain, and easier if you're with someone. Supposedly the staff will help, but they've never offered, and it's hard for them to see you. I guess you could call if you had your phone, but it nullifies the purpose of being ADA compliant.“

“When we first moved to NWI, we first visited Pops when they were located closer to Jewel. At first, when we ordered our beef juicy, the beef was still dry. Over the years, they have gotten better. The beef is juicy, tender, and tasty. So juicey that now, they wrap your beef and then put your wrapped beef inside a plastic bag for take out orders. The beef here is much better than the overrated beef sandwich at Portillos. The large order of fries is enough to share.“
