“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

“Healthy food before I was inside Walmart. On Western in Illinois? And it was pretty tasty. Then I see that I ran across the one that was in my neighborhood at first it didn't grab at me and then I was like, where did I see that sign before so I went in got me a nice order wings in a small Cheesesteak very tasty. God visited again matter of fact. I'm probably gonna go over there again today. Just tell them to ease up on the seasoning salt.A little bit, your food will taste better“

“The service and atmosphere are pure Subway, ok, and clean. This stores's bathroom is off limits still. But I like the sandwiches I've had there. I stick with the hot sandwiches, particularly the chicken. The chicken is real roasted chicken, and there is an ample amount of it on the sandwich. The bread they use isn't high end french, but it is fresh. The flatbread is pretty good also. Good enough that I bought some at the grocery store. Some Subways will sell an extra bread, but this one won't. The cookies are good too. There is a good deal if you add a bottle of soda, a bag of chips and a cookie. A well rounded meal! My store is open until 1 am, so it's a quick, easy late night meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's doable, but not easy. The door is in a well, and slightly uphill. If you're alone, you have to open the door, come around the corner while keeping the door open, and over the threshold. It's a pain, and easier if you're with someone. Supposedly the staff will help, but they've never offered, and it's hard for them to see you. I guess you could call if you had your phone, but it nullifies the purpose of being ADA compliant.“

I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. “as a truck driver, i've been to many subways. I have been to this one in Gary IN like 7 times in the last 2-3 months. I have been served by a handful of different employees. They always have EXCEPTIONAL customer service here, easily the best subway customer service i have ever experienced. Always friendly, and always tolerant of my (probably unusual) request to toast bacon on the side for extra crispiness. The subs the employees make here are always absolutely delicious too. This is easily my favorite subway i have ever been to. I seriously don't know how they can get it right so frequently. These guys all deserve a raise“

I think he could tell I was a little nervous about ordering so he went through the entire menu with me, ranking each sub from his favorite to least favorite. Then he told me all of the different variations they can do...I was astounded 😳! I was ordering for my 3 kids and wasn't sure what subs to order them. Brayden asked me about each kid and then suggested which subs they'd like based on their personalities. Well....he was right!!!! My kids LOVED what he picked out for them. While I was getting ready to pay he asked if I wanted chips and a drink. I said I wasn't sure so he suggested which chips and drinks would pair well with each sandwich!!! He was right again! “When we first moved to NWI, we first visited Pops when they were located closer to Jewel. At first, when we ordered our beef juicy, the beef was still dry. Over the years, they have gotten better. The beef is juicy, tender, and tasty. So juicey that now, they wrap your beef and then put your wrapped beef inside a plastic bag for take out orders. The beef here is much better than the overrated beef sandwich at Portillos. The large order of fries is enough to share.“
