“They were helpful because I was having a hard time figuring out their menu options and they were polite enough to take time to help me out and the customers behind me were very curdios with understanding that I don't eat out often but I'm stunned about the prices of food and that is why I don't eat out anymore than I have to. Give the young ladies a thank you for helping me okay they deserve it.“

“We wasn't intending on going to Five Guys we we're were actually on our way to another restaurant. I was involved in a bad accident at the intersection of ring road involving me, my husband, and 6yr old child. Everyone was okay thank God. But the hospitality of the workers that night was absolutely above and beyond anything I could ever expect. The manager on shift instantly came out and gave my son a shake to help cheer him up😊. Then invited us inside out of the rain and offered us fresh hot fries! We will definitely be eating there very soon. Thank you Five Guys and God bless you all!!😊“

Normally have good luck with ordering ahead on the app at this location, so I didn’t think to pull out all of the burgers to check this time. I noticed our sides were correct, and even had the sauces I requested… so I thought it would all be correct. Sadly, it was not, and I drove off. I didn’t realize that over half of the burgers didn’t have the correct cheese/ toppings once I got home. I received mostly garlic cheese burgers, and a couple jalapeño cheese (not ordered). I ordered 5 smoked cheddar/ 5 garlic cheese. I’m upset because, we live around 20 minutes away- it isn’t convenient for me to drive back for a correction. :(

Update: Truly some of the best customer service in regards to making up for my last experience/ review. I really appreciated that, and due to normally having great experiences with this location- I’ve changed my review back to 5 stars.“

“This is the best White Castle off New Haven Road. It is in a gas station but they have drive thru service. It is open 24 hours and the food is cooked fresh and the staff are friendly! Great place to go on your way home from Cincinnati. Highly recommend.“

“I had some of the garlic Parmesan chicken strips today along with some onion rings. These things were absolutely awesome! I mean, fresh and as hot as you could get. I’ve only eaten food from Dairy Queen just a few times in past years, but normally I get the ice cream. But I was surprised how good the food was. Absolutely excellent.“

“Quick, friendly service. They have tasty chili whether you have it served on a hot dog or a bowl of spaghetti. You can get onions, beans and cheese with it. Also, they have fair prices. Only about three or four of their restaurants are open for breakfast. Pictured is their five way with spaghetti, chili, beans, onions, cheese and sour cream for an up-charge“

“The staff at this location is unbelievable. My daughter ordered a sub she did not like. I went up to get her another sub and pay for a new one. Staff were all smiling apologized numerous times, made a new one, and would not allow me to pay. This was unexpected. Every staff member had a smile on their face and were extremely professional. “In a world of uncertainty and mediocrity for restaurants and service levels, this Arby's has remained consistent across multiple visits. Consistently good food and decent but not mind blowing service. The bar is low in general but they certainly haven't and won't drive me away as other locations and businesses have.

This is a reliable choice for the area that hasn't missed any beats.“

“Love Wendy's one of the best fast food restaurants me and my kids go to Wendy's all the time because the $5 meal you cannot beat it junior bacon cheeseburger nuggets fries and a drink for 5 bucks it's a good meal. Always fresh food services always been fast the one in Harrison and in Lawrenceburg they have a great staff sodas Harrison and it's not fun working in food service I do it as a job but the people working at Wendy's have always been friendly fast and good service. The five-dollar bill by far is the best deal you can get at a fast food restaurant anywhere I challenge you on that“

“I don’t buy out i probably have ten times in the past two years because it’s just never edible anymore and god knows what their doing in there these days but I was exhausted last night and this Wendy’s actually did an amazing job everything was fresh and hot.“
