“My large family attended a birthday celebration here. It was our first time coming and we will definitely be back. My kids shared pizza and Alfredo and everyone was thrilled. I got pesto ravioli and it was phenomenal. We also enjoyed cheese bread, breadsticks, and salads. I’m glad they have Coke products too! 😄 Everyone else enjoyed their dinner as well. “My husband and I were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Our very first date was at OG, so we love to order from there on our day. We decided to try the new delivery option available on the website, and after waiting an hour and a half for Uber to try to get their act together, Uber canceled our order. I immediately called OG to explain what happened and to see what could be done. The GM, Nicole, was absolutely amazing! She was very upset that the delivery was messed up and did everything she could to find out what happened. She explained she was going to drive the order to us herself. She lived near our hotel and wanted to be sure we got dinner being it was already 9pm on a Saturday night. I was almost in tears. I then explained that she was saving our anniversary dinner. When she had our entire order remade, she packed a few extra goodies and included a little note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This woman knows customer service! I encourage everyone to go to the 82nd St location in Indy.“

“I had the opportunity to speak with someone name BOB when I ordered my food in the crazy time of 5:30pm. Yes, he put me on hold immediately when my call went through, but he asked to put me on hold (me knowing it’s Saturday and work is crazy atm) , I waited.

You have some good ‘HOLD’ music! Bob, talked to me about my order (because I don’t normally eat restaurant foods. HOME COOK, but I was tired).

Bob was kind and was kind enough on the last few minutes to get a couple more items in (desserts) before I arrived and was so nice about it.

I cook and if I had to look for someone who kept their cool.. I would choose Bob.

I have you a 2-star, because I’m a home cook. I’m a kick ass cook. Just hungry and tired tonight. Simple Alfredo seemed reasonable.

“This is our new go to pizza place. They have great deals and coupons plus it’s a great value overall because you actually get a good amount of toppings. The taste shows off the high quality ingredients. We tried a boat recently, which is their calzone. It was filling and huge - now we know why it’s called a boat. “Came here after the Indy 500 after we realized the sports bars were packed because of the Pacers game. We love our Jets at home and really just wanted to eat some warm good food after being out all day long.
THIS PLACE WAS BUSY. Wait time said 25 minutes and it was just about right on. The guy at the counter asked everyone who came in what they were waiting on, checked it, and gave an update. The line was working quickly and you could just tell everyone in there was ON IT. Bake, toppings, and accuracy were just as good as we get at home. A nice finish to a long exhausting day. Good management and good staff are refreshing to see - keep up the good work guys :-)“

“Once again Jack's pizza was delivered to our house. When I called to order Sandy answered my call and obviously my number was shown on the caller ID. She proceeded to repeat my last order and asked if I wanted the same thing. I stated we would like a large for this order but all the same toppings. She then proceeded to place the order and repeated the address. I agreed with what she had asked. She then gave me the price and I stated we would be paying cash. She then proceeded to tell me how long it would be to deliver. She stated an hour and half. I told her great we look forward to receiving our pizza. So less than an hour and half later our pizza was delivered by Sandy. So she is taking orders and the delivery person. Well our pizza was hot and the order was correct as always. oh and Sandy the awesome worker remembered we had two dogs and handed me two treats for the girls. Thank you Sandy and Jack's pizza!!!“

“Casual environment where most of the business is delivery or carry out. The dining room is open and on the smaller side, but we’ve never had trouble getting a table.

Food is delicious and prices are very reasonable - particularly for late 2025. Portions are generous and they use quality ingredients. Everything tastes freshly prepared. The menu has all your favorite things plus some imaginative combinations. There is nothing fancy here, but all around it is a great spot for pizza, pasta, etc.“
