“This is true an authentic Mexican restaurant. I have been to Mexico several times and this feels like it’s from the homeland. The tamales are fluffy and moist. The salsa compliment the food. The tacos are so tender and delicious! And the presentation of the food is very cute.“

“Excellent! Table of 9, meeting my sister’s family as a stop on their travel home (easy off and on the exit if you are traveling I-65). Nice welcome, kind server. Everything was accurate for our big table (some people did make special requests when ordering and everything came out correctly). I really enjoyed my meal! Will return. Want to try the hibiscus tea drink next time :)“

“Overall it’s a great experience. I went there after my workout to get some decent quick protein. I got an arros con pollo and a Coke Zero. Food was pretty okay. Nothing remarkable, just good. The service was great, very quick and kind. The atmosphere and building look very nice. Great place to grab a quick bite. Would recommend“

“I only give the food four stars because the burrito was just a tiny more bland than I like before I did my fixin's. I'd rather use a 10 scale and give it a 9 out of 10.
I give them a 5 star for the food in the above because my girlfriend gave it a 5 for her dish.
Service was truly 10 out of 10. We were exceptionally attended to throughout the entire dining experience. The waiter and the on duty manager came by several times.
Atmosphere was truly 10 out of 10.
We will be going back to sample their other dishes. About $17 per dish. You won't leave hungry.“

“I visited FR In early July. Just finding out my child was on the spectrum, he had an epic meltdown. I’ve never had to work through an episode like that, so I was frustrated and upset. The owner came over, handed two dumdum suckers to my child and a stuffed dinosaur. He offered to hold my son, who just screamed louder at the idea. I kept apologizing, and eventually took my kid to the entryway to give the other patrons a break from his meltdown. After a few mins, the owner came out to the entryway to check on us. I explained my son’s diagnosis, and he offered to turn the music off. He also unscrewed the lightbulb over our table and it calmed my child down. Eventually, we were able to order and eat in relative peace. I just find it super amazing that someone would go to those lengths to make sure my kid was okay. 10/10 excellent food too!“

“Al pastor is what they're best at. My girlfriend and I can't get enough. We used to get their burritos, but we've been enjoying their tacos more lately. We found this place looking for birria. They have some neat menu options & their lengua is actually really good. It's a nice, more authentic Mexican restaurant that satisfies. Give it a try“

“This was our 2nd time going and it did not disappoint. I had 3 chorizo tacos & esquites. Seriously, so good. My fiancé had the same things that I did. He loved his food, too. We, also, bought the churros with Nutella fort mom. She's never had Nutella before this. The churros smells so good. The churros came with a cute little jar of Nutella. My mom loved the churros and Nutella. We cannot wait to go back.“

“I've been going to Roscoe's for about 25 years. Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat. I unfortunately live over half an hour away, so I don't get to eat there as much as I did when I lived in greenwood. Anytime I'm on the south side, I always stop for the big beef burrito and add their smokin sauce. One of my favorite burritos ever. If you like spicy foods, this is a great place to go. I strongly recommend you try all of their hot sauces. If you like heat that actually tastes good, this is the place to try. They also sell their hot sauces. I have literally had their hot sauce in my refrigerator at all times for about the last 20 years, with the exception of covid time. It's that good! Thank you Rosco's for reopening the greenwood location after that horrible time for everyone. I look forward to the next time I get to stop by.“

“I enjoyed my food as I always do. The usual waitress was sweet and nice. She's the best bJust a word of advice. When the restaurant has plenty of empty tables, sit the guests with the screaming baby away from people. Especially when there's enough tables to space people out. I hate when waiters do that. Stop clumping people right on top of each other when there are plenty of tables to space people out.“

“To Alyssa Howard and Cindy Heffren, you don’t come often at all because you ordered a FAJITA salad which is literally just the salad with guac and sour cream and tomato. You even requested “no sour cream” when your order was CONFIRMED by your server. You meant to order a TACO SALAD. Which is WAY off to the order YOU confirmed was correct the first time. Then you complained that the meat portion wasn’t to your liking. Okay whatever. Then you claimed to have found a hair. Girllllll… lol, I found both of your facebooks so fast and that was definitely YOUR hair. Not a single person on staff has light colored hair lol. I’m glad you guys got kicked out because If I was the manager, I would’ve also cussed you out fr. You should both just stay home and cook 💕 you ruined MY meal with MY family by making a scene for something that was your fault.“
