“Good sandwiches, but the young guy with the silly looking mustache and no other facial hair needs to learn how to help people. I thought I heard my named called, so I walked up to the counter, where I saw a number of orders. As I was looking at them, he comes up and asks "are you picking up for delivery?" I said "im waiting for my order for John". He says "okay" and just walks back to the kitchen. I thought he would at least give me a status update of my order, but nothing. He should have said "these are delivery orders only, but your order will be out soon" instead of blankly staring at me, as if I can telepathically read his thoughts.

Nevertheless, I'll be coming back for those damn good sandwiches ?“

“On Saturday I came in to pick up a team order consisting of 20 individual sandwiches only to realize that the order had been placed for the wrong day. I was supposed to deliver the meals to Rockhurst within 30-45 minutes of my arrival. At first, I was told that there was no way that they could start and make the entire order - they didn't believe they had enough bread and it was the lunch hour. Walker (who may have been the manager but if not, he was definitely a great leader!) helped me problem solve. We tried calling another location who simply said they couldn't help me. He then told me that he could perhaps make half the order and that he would call to see if a third location could do the other half. Ultimately though, he threw more bread in the oven and got his team to work. He was going to let me know when they got half way through. He offered me a drink while I waited and I sat there patiently, happy for any help he was able to provide. In what seemed like less than ten minutes, his team had gone ahead and made the entire order for me. I then wanted to go through the chips as I had been warned that we might be short a few bags of chips. One of the other kids there was super sweet and gladly went through the bag to help me count. He easily could have been annoyed with me but he was not. I purchased the rest of the chips we were missing and made it to Rockhurst only 15 minutes late. I was genuinely so appreciative of their help. It was nice to see someone so willing to help problem solve and an entire team of people work together to get something done. Please please let Walker (and the entire team who was working Saturday during the lunch period) know how much I appreciate their willingness to help! They really stepped up.“

“I remember hearing about this place years ago but never went. It popped up on my FYP on TikTok so I decided to give it a try. My family and I drove down on a Saturday around 12:30. Not sure where it was exactly, we ended up driving by it and having to turn around. There is only street parking available so we parked 1/2 a block up and walked down. We weren’t the only ones who did. The steady flow of people coming in and out was a lot. Good for business. They only accept cash, which is good to know beforehand. We ordered the famous pork tenderloin, a cheeseburger and fries. Everything is alacarte. Which is also good to know beforehand.
The tenderloin had good flavor but was fried very hard. My husband enjoyed his but said it was too spicy, he had the hot sauce. Overall, it was good. Glad we finally tried it.“

“Long time customer enjoy the knackwurst but the order today has a different texture. Instead of being dense and firm, it is loose and soft. May be a one off, as this is first time in 20 years for such a change. Hope the recipe was not changed to keep the price down as the knackwurst today does not reflect the legacy. Will try again and hope for the better.“

“I don’t know who runs this Schlotzsky’s, but they deserve an award. Hands down, this is the best fast food experience I’ve ever had—if you can even call it fast food. Every time I go, it’s consistently great, and the level of attention to detail is honestly ridiculous.

When I walked in, someone literally ran to the register to make sure I was greeted and ready to order. I’ve never seen anything like it. And the organization? Next level. Every condiment packet, every straw, every napkin—perfectly lined up like someone took the time to make sure everything was facing the same way. It’s one of those little things that tells you this place is run by people who actually care.

On top of that, they’ve never messed up my order—not once. The food is always fresh, made exactly how I asked, and just hits the spot every time. The sandwiches are legit, but even beyond that, the whole experience is just smooth. It’s rare to find a place that’s this consistent.

And the cleanliness? Unreal. This place is spotless—not just clean, but sparkling. The tables, floors, drink station—everything looks like it’s been scrubbed down constantly. Add in the fact that everyone working here is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and it just puts the whole experience over the top.

If every restaurant operated like this, the world would be a better place.“

“I really enjoyed coming here! The sandwich was nice and warm when it came out. The sandwiches were exquisite! I would recommend putting napkins with the sandwich when you hand them over. Also, I did not get the theme… Each wall was painted a different color and there was random signs like famous singers, a painting of space, a rocket ship, and a picture of The Beatles. Still really yummy. Would recommend.“

“I really enjoy this location and the quality of the food, operator, and service. I go almost every day. The customer loyalty program being down for so long is very ridiculous but that is not the locations fault. Highly recommended! Hook and Ladder with black olives. Trust me.“

“2 TVs in each corner if you’re a visual person. Great music playing overhead, an overall fantastic atmosphere. My brother and I grab a bite to eat there after hitting the comic shop right next to it. Highly recommend the Turkey Bacon Avocado, meatball sub, or their Philly Cheesesteak.

“My sandwich was delicious. The customer service was great! It was my birthday and I asked if they had a special for birthdays. The gentleman explain that I could go through their rewards app. He was very polite. Even though I didn't get a reward for my birthday they still made my visit pleasant.“

“Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“

“Tbh, Subway in general has become too expensive for what it is. However, this Subway is the nicest and best ran store I’ve been to in a long time. It’s incredibly clean consistently, food is always well made for what it is, and the staff is friendly. Don’t shy away from this location if you’re still a Subway fan.

Vegetarian options: It’s Subway. Make the sandwich without meat. But they have plenty of veggie options to choose from and good sauces to complement it.“

“Jersey mikes never disappoints! I travel all over the world and as long as I go in to place my order I get perfection everytime. Sometimes they have restrictions for custom orders on door dash and online order options so this place was worth the drive. This location doesn’t have avocado but my sandwich was still bomb!!! “We recently relocated to Corporate Woods and were pleasantly surprised by this charming cafe! Even if our office wasn't located here, I'd still frequent this spot. Their wraps are simply amazing—you must give them a try. The avocado toast is a standout; it's anything but bland, thanks to the thoughtful toppings and flavorful avocados. Additionally, the Biscuits and Gravy are a hit with everyone in the office.“

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

“Decided to get the BOGO deal for me and my girlfriend, on that hunter gather type vibe. Girlfriend orders the all pro sweet teriyaki, and I order the #4 supreme meats. Getting to the store to pick my order up, I enter the store and the manager asks for my name. I tell him my name and show him my order, the manager looks at me and said "I'm sorry the #4 supreme meats has been discontinued, but we did add the extra capicola and pepperoni to it" customer service like that is hard to find nowadays, Manager could of just told me to get bent and I have to wait for another sandwich to me made, but they just went ahead and ran the extra mile just so I could have a good experience. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. Maybe 5 mins, if that, later went inside and it was ready to go at the counter waiting for us to pay for it. It was worth every bit that paid for it too. Reasonably priced, u get alot for ur bucks. Very fresh and high quality ingredients. Very well made, looks like they took their time making it even tho it was made fast. I couldn't wait to go back n get another sandwich from them. So we did go back a couple days later n it was great again. Now whenever I've money to spend again I know where I want to go. I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't tried this place yet. On a side note, along with the great food, if you're not in a rush or have a few mins to spare, it's definitely worth to have a look around the inside of this place.
