“Nice little fast food joint.
Last night, while I was at Culver’s, a woman fell in the parking lot and her spouse was struggling to help her up. One of the staff members quickly rushed over to assist them, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and kind. I also went over to make sure she was okay, but it really stood out to me that the staff didn’t hesitate to step in and help. Moments like that speak volumes about the people who work here. Great food and even better character from the team—I’ll definitely be back.“

“Great place to watch the game, but the food is pretty mid. Also, service was pretty slow. If you’re not into sports, you’ll probably be better off eating at a different restaurant. Ask for a table away from the exits if you don’t want to freeze in the winter.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of salads if you’re trying to restrict carbs or just eat lighter.“

“Food was great! Service was great. Quick in and out. Prices were high for the portion sizes. I expected the trash can nachos to be a much larger portion for $17. They were good. Tacos were good. Ceviche was good. Just super pricy for the portion sizes.“

“Maybe KC's first Michelin star? Probably too soon to say, but this is a dining experience like nothing else local. Every single item was perfection, and purposeful, and delicious. Beautiful atmosphere, and excellent service too. The owner makes a point to visit every table and he seems like a really great guy (and certainly a stellar chef and restauranteur). My favorite thing was probably the chicken wings. Nothing pedestrian about them. I also loved the yuzu sake.“

“Room 39 was the perfect spot for my only night in Kansas City. I made the mistake of deciding to go vegetarian, right before I visited a city famous for its bbq meat! So glad I found this gem of a restaurant. I had a perfect table by the window, with the radiator under the table making it cozy and toasty. The cocktails and dishes were fantastic - two Boulevardiers, a Brussels sprout soup, gnocchi with goat cheese, and the flourless chocolate cake with Earl Grey tea. My server Tory was terrific. I can’t recommend it highly enough.“

“We traveled from South Carolina to visit family and they took us to Brewer's Kitchen. The food was exceptional. Each burger option is unique, fresh cut fries seasoned just right. The fact that everything is locally sourced is a plus in my book. The staff was friendly and caring. Give Brewer's Kitchen a try and you'll go back.“

“The food was fresh and flavorful. What had the most flavor was the personality and presentation by our food server Brooklyn. Brooklyn knew the menu inside and out. “Everything about Culver's is outstanding except their gluten-free hamburger buns. Since the gluten-free hamburger is the only main dish food item they have, I'm kind of stuck with it when my family wants to eat at Culver's for family dinner night. Everything about the burger is great except the bun. It's reminiscent of the gluten-free buns of 20 years ago. It's grainy, doesn't hold together, and doesn't taste that good. Just the act of picking up my burger tonight had it cracking in 4 places, with a big chunk falling off the burger and crumbling onto my tray. There are a lot of great gluten-free buns out there now. Culver's needs to find one of them and switch.
