“We were sad to see Italian Delight close after the pandemic, but thrilled that it has been resurrected as Avelluto’s — and we couldn’t be happier! The food is authentically Italian and absolutely delicious, all at a great price point. The pizza leans New York–style, available by the slice or the whole pie.

They don’t serve wine and have just a few beer options, but that’s easy to overlook given the quality of the food. The atmosphere is simple and unpretentious, fitting for a counter-service restaurant where you order at the front and they bring your meal to the table.

Overall, Avelluto’s is a fantastic spot for all walks of life — casual, friendly, and full of flavor. Highly recommend!“

“Awful!!! The chicken was grease soaked & pink, the noodles were overcooked, the Alfredo sauce had so much grease and oil sitting on top. I took a few bites & hours later threw up! The "manager" was supposed to call me for a refund and that never happened. I will never be back or ever recommend. Horrible customer service - thanks for the hour wait for the meal delivery as well as food that was not edible. Also the no call back "to make it right"“

“Riccos is the only place I know where I can go order a BLT the bacon is so crispy without asking for it to be prepared that way. It’s amazing! Tonight the tomatoes were clearly homegrown. It was the best BLT you can get in Kansas City. The Keylime martini is one of my favorites you can’t go wrong at Riccos.“

“The food was delicious, but I really wanted to make a point to leave a review about our server. From the very beginning, Tayla was attentive and kind. She made sure to give great descriptions of the food, but the real icing on the cake was how much she went above and beyond. We brought in a cake from the bakery, and the host offered to keep it in the fridge for us. Tayla brought out the cake for us to take pictures and sing happy birthday, and then took it to the back to cut it. The cake was butterfly themed, and she cut out my mom's piece to look like a butterfly. We cannot recommend this restaurant enough, but highly recommend asking for Tayla.“

“Concise menu that rocks, the seafood pasta dish was one of the singular best pasta dishes I've ever had. Chicken parm is huge, the rigatoni in olive oil and garlic served with the dish was superb, however the chicken was way heavily breaded and would have been better with just and egg wash and some breadcrumbs pounded into it and fried, the rest of the preparation was excellent. Parm like pizza is a ballet, too much of anything can make it less appealing. Our server was sweet, smart, kind and cool and excellent at her job.“

“Usually great food, and we est here often. However, last week we were 100% dissatisfied! First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. The meal was gross, late, over cooked and not what we ordered or paid for. So disappointed. Since it is a long drive we regularly make I doubt we will be returning. $34 meal wasted.“

“The Olathe Ridgeview Minsky’s is the very best of all their locations. Brandi and her team make sure our gluten free needs are met and the pizza is always excellent! The restaurant is clean, the staff is very friendly and the kitchen team is organized and fast! We’ve tried many gluten free pizzas and restaurants but nothing compares to the Olathe Minsky’s location. We don’t order pizza anywhere else!
