“After spending fourteen years in KC, we developed a handful of staple restaurants, and BRGR was definitely one of our weekly go-tos. The quality and consistency of the food, paired with exceptional customer service, kept us coming back every week. Bread & Butter Concepts has set a high standard across all their restaurants, and BRGR is no exception. My latest takeout experience was another shining example of their commitment to excellence—Matzumi and Saye provided such genuine and authentic customer service, truly showcasing emotional intelligence. “Honestly we were waiting in line to eat somewhere else and we got tired of waiting and walked down the street to this place. Didn't have very high expectations if I'm being honest. The decore is a little 12 years ago, but it's to be expected. What I didnt expect was how good the food was going to be. First of all they have a pretty good beer selection and a lot of interesting cocktails. We got the chips and queso as a starter (which came out with our food, oh well). Unbelievably delicious. Restaurant made chips, perfectly salty and crisp. Very tasty queso. My wife and I then had the mix and match tacos. I had 2 chicken and 2 mahi mahi and my wife had the cheeseburger and the cane asada. They were all delicious, except the chicken was a little bland.
Our server, I can't remember his name now sorry, was excellent. Very attentive, professional, amiable. Top tier service.
The drinks were a little spendy but that is to be expected I guess. Actually turned out to be the most expensive meal we had on our trip. Big bonus was that there was no wait and the food came out quick. All in all it was a great experience.“

“Had a wonderful brunch there. The menu doesn't have anything outlandish on it, mostly brunch staples. But everything was prepared perfectly. Bacon super crip, breakfast potatoes golden brown and the poached eggs had that perfect jammy-not-too-runny yolk. Spritz 39 was a great cocktail.“

“Everything about Culver's is outstanding except their gluten-free hamburger buns. Since the gluten-free hamburger is the only main dish food item they have, I'm kind of stuck with it when my family wants to eat at Culver's for family dinner night. Everything about the burger is great except the bun. It's reminiscent of the gluten-free buns of 20 years ago. It's grainy, doesn't hold together, and doesn't taste that good. Just the act of picking up my burger tonight had it cracking in 4 places, with a big chunk falling off the burger and crumbling onto my tray. There are a lot of great gluten-free buns out there now. Culver's needs to find one of them and switch.

“Love the steak/filet special they offer on Fridays with all the trimmings. I enjoy the French Dip sandwich. The meat is always tender, but the hogie bun has little taste. Having a pretzel bun or something different would be much tastier for that sandwich.“
