“After spending fourteen years in KC, we developed a handful of staple restaurants, and BRGR was definitely one of our weekly go-tos. The quality and consistency of the food, paired with exceptional customer service, kept us coming back every week. My latest takeout experience was another shining example of their commitment to excellence—Matzumi and Saye provided such genuine and authentic customer service, truly showcasing emotional intelligence. “My husband and I dined here on Jan 17, 2026. Exceptional Tacos! We both got the fish and cheeseburger tacos. Both were yummy and fresh. Our favorite was the cheeseburger.
Our waiter went above and beyond! I wish I could remember his name to shout out some major kudos! 👏 👏 👏

“Kenny, our server was so awesome. He honestly made the experience along with the other teammates as well who brought out our food! When I walked in, even the host knew who I was with already, which made me feel very warm!!! I'm so glad I had my birthday experience here and I would recommend others going as well. The crab apple sushi roll was so good and I loved the sake cocktail along with the margarita cocktail. The scallops were phenomenal as well overall I enjoyed my whole experience 10 out of 10 and I will be back!!!!“

“Valentin‘s date dinner! We sat by the window and had such a lovely time. We have eaten here many times over the years and the food quality doesn't disappoint. Service was excellent. The only drawback was my blackened cod entrée was quite small (4 oz maybe, but uncertain),in a lovely pool of broth with some shaved fennel on the side. Quite a tiny portion for the price! Taste was light and flavorful, but it definitely needed something more. I ended up ordering a side dish just so I could feel like I had a “meal“ the server was excellent and the food timely. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to any and all. Perfect for date night!“

“Walleye Quality Issues: breading: tastes fishy & rancid, fishbones.
My friend insisted we go to Culver's to get the walleye; which is seasonal. I love the mild flavor of Walleye; have caught & eaten it often.
She and her husband got the dinner. I got the sandwich. My first bite was awful; had a rancid/fishy taste. I split the fillet in two and took a bite of just the fish (no breading); the fish itself was good. As I was removing all of the breading from the fillet and bun, my friend said her fish tasted terrible. I suggested she remove the breading from all of the fillets; hers & her husband's.
As we were eating the naked fillets, we noticed her husband's plate had fishbones and started searching for and removing bones from his plate (hoping he hadn't ingested any) Neither her, nor my, fillets had bones in them.
We usually enjoy our Culver's visits but this time, it appears:
#1. Someone didn't clean the frying oil before reusing it.
#2. Someone didn't store the oil properly after it was used.
Recommend:
Staff: training on frying oil use and storage.
Supervisors: confirm proper follow-through.
Customers: vigilantly search for fishbones.“
