“We are just around the corner and always love to grab a yummy ice cream treat just about every day! The options are fantastic and everything is wonderful. Customer service is great and they’re fast!“

“After hitting up the OG Duck donuts in Duck, NC we figured we'd taste up the same locally.

I'll start with the positive, the donuts tasted great and that's all that should matter. We weren't able to checkout on the screen and had to go up to the counter and reorder, but they got our order right (it was a complicated order as the kids wanted every single sprinkle and drizzle under the sun 😂).

None of the tables were clean and I feel the kids behind the counter didn't care much. There was no adult supervision and only one guy making all the orders. I'm sure he'd have appreciated some help. Tables were not cleaned until another associate showed up, who seemed to be more inclined to customer service.

With that said, it's a spacious store and they have seating outside. The bathrooms were clean (trust me, you'll need to wash your hands after these donuts - a good problem to have).

We ended up with a dozen donuts and they all tasted great....even the sprinkle - drizzle ones. The guy making the donuts is a machine!!!“

“My family and I just got back from Sweet Cups! It's our new favorite ice cream spot. The owners were super nice and I loved looking at all the historic buildings and Churches on the way. Many of the buildings, including sweet cups (1940) were built in the early 1900s.“

“I feel bad with the way I left the store about an hour ago. The workers and I had a miscommunication because someone else in my family ordered online and therefore had the link to check in. I was just in charge of pick up and I was by myself. When I got my order, I felt like I was short with the worker helping me (tall, curly haired man, early 20s?) and I didn't mean to. I meant for my response to be lighthearted and humorous and I'm afraid that's not how it came across. I apologize.

“Ice cream was really good with great variety. Only issue was it comes out a bit melty. Not like custard usually does, since spinning the toppings in adds heat. It's a bit more than that even. Otherwise a great little shop for ice cream at what I felt was a good price.“

“Everything about Culver's is outstanding except their gluten-free hamburger buns. Since the gluten-free hamburger is the only main dish food item they have, I'm kind of stuck with it when my family wants to eat at Culver's for family dinner night. Everything about the burger is great except the bun. It's reminiscent of the gluten-free buns of 20 years ago. It's grainy, doesn't hold together, and doesn't taste that good. Just the act of picking up my burger tonight had it cracking in 4 places, with a big chunk falling off the burger and crumbling onto my tray. There are a lot of great gluten-free buns out there now. Culver's needs to find one of them and switch.
