“What's not to like about this place. The managers do take their jobs seriously and i don't see the place burning labor, everyone seems to be busy. The food has never been a disappointment. I will tell you that I like the "Joes" pizza. Wish it was here longer. Other than that I don't have a favorite I like to mix it up every time I am in. The ravioli is a standard for me and the service is above industry standard. They do earn their tips.

I do like to see an owner put money back into their business and this one did. New lighting, some new paint, brand new bar extension with outdoor extension and seating. Watching the staff cohesiveness is like watching Mr. Deeds and getting small town vibes or Mystic Pizza family. Do yourself a favor and give the family a night out and make Minsky's your destination. “This was my first time , I heard from kids school and wanted to try it . The people there were very friendly and kind... It was peaceful and welcoming.

Vegetarian options: I ate pizza which was good, they have 5 types cheese pizza which is really good..

“This was my first time El Centro from the moment I walked in. I really loved the vibe. It’s a small place and every seat is probably always filled. They’ve got an amazing bar, which looks like at sometimes you may even need a reservation to sit at the bar, but I would recommend this place for a fancy evening with your significant other or a date night with friends. The food is phenomenal and if you’re lucky you’ll get Jay Ensor he is phenomenal and always there to serve. You have any special request. He’s got your back. I will definitely be back just to see Jay again.“

“The Grinder Meatball sandwich is unbelievable. The Italian bread roll they use is amazing, nice and crisp exterior with a chewy inside. Then the sauce with the meatballs is incredible. Tons of flavor and worth every penny. Also had the Dr Melfi and it was also amazing. The bread is incredible and lots of flavor and tons of cheesy goodness with the chicken and pesto. Just amazing. Service was impeccable, the two gentlemen working were very friendly, courteous and excited about the fact this was a first time visit. Atmosphere is enjoyable as the weather was good since external seating is the only option. A little more ambiance with the "alley" seating could liven up the seating arrangements but overall this is an amazing place with the best Italian bread I've had this side of Philly. I didn't specifically see a Philly cheesesteak but oh my if they have one I can only imagine how amazing it is.“

She knew the menu well and provided efficient service, while also giving great food suggestions for me. The manager stopped by and introduced himself, which is always a good sign for me. Friendly hosts and staff, food was nicely packed and delicious. There was a mistake on the online menu but they went above and beyond to make it right, offering a refund and Reid called us to be sure we would get our money back before they closed for the night. “Found Avenues through a Groupon. We bought the Shrimp Boil, Filet and Shrimp Scampi, Antipasto platter, and two cannolis. The meal portions were huge, our order could have easily fed 4 people. The shrimp boil was spicy, with a lot of shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and a whole ear of corn. The filet was flavorful, and the shrimp scampi was served similar to Alfredo, it tasted so good! The antipasto platter has lots of yummy bites, I really enjoyed the salami and artichoke hearts. The cannolis were great too! They also included a little bag of decorated mini cookies, with a ribbon and Go Royals! tag. I'm sure it was part of one of the entrees we ordered, but an unexpected but delightful little bread pudding was in our ca bag as well. Food was great, portions were large, and the staff at curbside was very nice. I do wish GPS hadn't left us about halfa block away though.“

“Usually great food, and we est here often. However, last week we were 100% dissatisfied! First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. The meal was gross, late, over cooked and not what we ordered or paid for. So disappointed. Since it is a long drive we regularly make I doubt we will be returning. $34 meal wasted.“

Highly recommend for your night out.My only side note for improvement on food (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) would be dessert.
