I decided to go with the Quarter Pounder, crispy fries, and a refreshing Coca-Cola. After placing my order—a seamless process thanks to their friendly staff—I found myself at one of their cozy booths, the red-and-yellow decor instantly reminding me of childhood road trips and birthday parties.

The moment my food arrived, the first bite of that distinct burger flavor was pure joy. Succulent beef, fresh lettuce, and that signature processed cheese melted together in a satisfying way that only McDonald's knows how to achieve. The fries were hot, crispy, and just the right amount of salty—they practically begged me to finish them all!

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! “Everything about Culver's is outstanding except their gluten-free hamburger buns. Since the gluten-free hamburger is the only main dish food item they have, I'm kind of stuck with it when my family wants to eat at Culver's for family dinner night. Everything about the burger is great except the bun. It's reminiscent of the gluten-free buns of 20 years ago. It's grainy, doesn't hold together, and doesn't taste that good. Just the act of picking up my burger tonight had it cracking in 4 places, with a big chunk falling off the burger and crumbling onto my tray. There are a lot of great gluten-free buns out there now. Culver's needs to find one of them and switch.

“Chicken is very tasty and usually crispy. Fries were hot and tasty. Bread is good. Service at drive-thru is usually fast and efficient. I really like the Cane's sauce. Other members of my family, don't like it. The only drawback is they don't offer Ranch dressing. I also like their coleslaw.

“This was delicious, real food that fit with my keto diet. I choose my sides to go with a perfectly grilled salmon. Definitely not a you can have fries or mushy sauteed veggies place. The Brussels Sprouts and Eggplant were wonderful accompaniments. I highly recommend that you try the dine in or take out!“

Last night, while I was at Culver’s, a woman fell in the parking lot and her spouse was struggling to help her up. One of the staff members quickly rushed over to assist them, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and kind. I also went over to make sure she was okay, but it really stood out to me that the staff didn’t hesitate to step in and help. Moments like that speak volumes about the people who work here. Great food and even better character from the team—I’ll definitely be back.“

“Everyone that I've experienced has been very friendly at this location. Usually the drive through has a line but they get you through pretty quickly. There's hardly ever a wait to order in the lobby but getting a table can sometimes be tricky depending on when you visit. The restaurant itself appears very clean.“

Their burgers are just a little better than Culver's I think but the thing that is a standout for them is of course their fries! Unless they're cold, I know of no other fries that compare! This location is relatively new I think, and unfortunately located about two blocks from me! I say unfortunately because it's a huge temptation! It was a little messier today as I was there about an hour into their dinner rush. However, as I was leaving one of the staff was out with a broom which was needed. “I don’t want to say I don’t recommend, because I do love the food, but ever since the renovation we’ve never had a correct order. The mess ups have ranged from no sides being added to the kids meals, zero sauces added that were requested, missing fries and today missing sauces, wasn’t given one of the kids ice creams, and the wrong side being added to the kods meals. I try to spot check the best I can when we get our order, but it’s just impossible. I think the renovation only provides more bodies in the drive though area this causing a lot of confusion.“

It definitely can be a shared sandwich but when your extra hungry and it’s delicious you don’t share!The customer service was very good! “This Sonic is outstanding! Jen and her crew here are always friendly, and so charitable! They are always giving back to the community in any way they can. I have personally used this sonic for treating staff at my kids elementary school, and Jen always takes care of us, from drinks for teachers to great deals on snacks for room parties and events.
