I recently stopped by this McDonald's, driven by the pull of their classic Quarter Pounder. Upon entry, I was greeted by the golden arches gleaming under the bright lights, filling me with a comforting sense of familiarity. The menu was a delightful mix of old favorites and new innovations, giving me that 'what should I pick?' thrill.

I decided to go with the Quarter Pounder, crispy fries, and a refreshing Coca-Cola. After placing my order—a seamless process thanks to their friendly staff—I found myself at one of their cozy booths, the red-and-yellow decor instantly reminding me of childhood road trips and birthday parties.

The moment my food arrived, the first bite of that distinct burger flavor was pure joy. Succulent beef, fresh lettuce, and that signature processed cheese melted together in a satisfying way that only McDonald's knows how to achieve. The fries were hot, crispy, and just the right amount of salty—they practically begged me to finish them all!

The atmosphere was lively, with various patrons enjoying their meals ranging from families to late-night explorers. It was wonderful to see people from all walks of life coming together to share a simple yet universal dining experience.“

“I had not been to Fazoli's in YEARS, but I decided to give it a try because it's close to my new job. I got the spaghetti with meatballs and a slice of pepperoni pizza, and everything was delicious! I was even impressed by the service. It was a young guy named Joseph who really should be working in a full-service restaurant because he would make great money.

If you're craving Italian food for lunch and you don't want to spend a lot of money or time, Fazoli's is the place!“

“I always like the separation of mobile thru and drive thru. However, during the most recent visit, the 2 lines merged into one and the mobile thru has to wait a lot longer. That was a disappointment. I hope they'll have 2 separate lanes again.“

“Everything about Culver's is outstanding except their gluten-free hamburger buns. Since the gluten-free hamburger is the only main dish food item they have, I'm kind of stuck with it when my family wants to eat at Culver's for family dinner night. Everything about the burger is great except the bun. It's reminiscent of the gluten-free buns of 20 years ago. It's grainy, doesn't hold together, and doesn't taste that good. Just the act of picking up my burger tonight had it cracking in 4 places, with a big chunk falling off the burger and crumbling onto my tray. There are a lot of great gluten-free buns out there now. Culver's needs to find one of them and switch.

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! Attention management…you have something very special in this gentleman! Take note and reward this treatment of customers!!!“

“If you were on the highway heading north, you seen a sign saying chick-fil-a but no building, I heard new store open and first ones you get a year of chix sandwich meal, COVID hit and nobody knew what will happen, I work overnight and drove fast to get in line and I got one of the lucky card, staff was super friendly with long lines of cars and at the window too, then carry out, Drew was the cashier, we talked and that was the first time for me to talk to head guy, I’ll see them at the door and say hi but that’s all, this was the first location to dine in, I’m a red card member been to Salina to Springfield and never had staff come ask if I wanted a refill or how is everything, I meet Sabrina who comes by your table how is everything wanting a refill outgoing lady, who should be employee of the month“

“Elizabeth helped us when we came in. My wife is 21 weeks pregnant today and has been craving fuzzies since about 4 weeks but all of the locations near us in st louis had just permanently closed right when she got pregnant. We came to the area for our anniversary so she could have it. Elizabeth went through the effort to make sure that everything my wife was craving was safe for her dietary restrictions due to being pregnant and having allergies. 10/10 would recommend!“

“Chicken is very tasty and usually crispy. Fries were hot and tasty. Bread is good. Service at drive-thru is usually fast and efficient. I really like the Cane's sauce. Other members of my family, don't like it. The only drawback is they don't offer Ranch dressing. I also like their coleslaw.

“Well in my humble opinion, Five Guys puts all the other burger places in the shade. Their burgers are just a little better than Culver's I think but the thing that is a standout for them is of course their fries! Unless they're cold, I know of no other fries that compare! This location is relatively new I think, and unfortunately located about two blocks from me! I say unfortunately because it's a huge temptation! It was a little messier today as I was there about an hour into their dinner rush. However, as I was leaving one of the staff was out with a broom which was needed. Of course if people would just have manners and leave the place better than they found it, that wouldn't be a problem! ☺️“

“Joe took care of us today, he was awesome! Extremely patient, very kind, and had great suggestions on what to eat. He was totally right about the burnt end sandwich, btw. Last night, while I was at Culver’s, a woman fell in the parking lot and her spouse was struggling to help her up. One of the staff members quickly rushed over to assist them, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and kind. I also went over to make sure she was okay, but it really stood out to me that the staff didn’t hesitate to step in and help. Moments like that speak volumes about the people who work here. Great food and even better character from the team—I’ll definitely be back.“

“I don’t want to say I don’t recommend, because I do love the food, but ever since the renovation we’ve never had a correct order. The mess ups have ranged from no sides being added to the kids meals, zero sauces added that were requested, missing fries and today missing sauces, wasn’t given one of the kids ice creams, and the wrong side being added to the kods meals. I try to spot check the best I can when we get our order, but it’s just impossible. I think the renovation only provides more bodies in the drive though area this causing a lot of confusion.“

“Drive thru worker was very nice. It makes a difference when they say "hi" and "thank you"; something so simple makes you feel like you are welcome there. They had us pull around to wait for our food to get done. We waited maybe 3-4 minutes and everything was fresh.“
