“Super cool dive bar in Tonganoxie! It's a biker bar. The inside is very dice bar like. The food and drinks are inexpensive. Also the owner is really cool and nice! I had a strawberry Mojito and French toast. I came for an event and we talked for awhile. I will definitely come back and bring my husband as dive bars are totally his jam!“

“Pizza by the slice!I had been traveling to DeSoto for months for a temporary work assignment. On the last day, someone brought me here. I missed out all those previous days.Excellent pizza pie. I had a slice of a hamburger with onion and peppers. Not a commonly offered pizza, but one of my favs. It was excellent. We also split a large Angus. Also, top quality.If I have a chance to return to DeSoto, I'll definitely will be hitting up KJ's again. Tjey're doing god's work.“
“What a wonderful experience we had! Out there for camping at MCRC and wanted to grab a dinner before heading back to the campsite. Cozy place in DeSoto, fresh and flavorful food and amazing service.. we needed to get a waiver printed out and it was already 8 pm, so requested the restaurant if they could print it for us... and like magic, the printout was at our table. “We came from the KC Metro area to check this place out. It seems to be a family owned establishment that the locals love. Had a great vibe to it. I had a combo plate that came with two pancakes two eggs bacon and hash browns. Everything was delicious. My wife had an omelet with hash browns and toast. She really enjoyed everything. Reminded us of the Diner in Booneville Mo. One of our favorite breakfast places. The sevice was excellent. These young girls were working very hard making sure everyone was taken care of. They must of refilled my coffee 5 times. Definitely will be returning and its was a good 35 minute drive.“
