“Little dissappointed, why arent we offered ketchup or condiments anymore? If youre like me, using the drive thru, obviously in a hurry. You dont remember to ask for these things. And? Maybe its just me. But the double cheeseburger? Tastes funny? Not bad, not char grilled, just, different. And? When I order and pay for Super Size?? Why, why, why? Are the french fry "cups" ALWAYS 1/2 to 3/4 full, at best??? This has been the case, over and over and over the last year?? Ive worked there. Ive made up the fries. I know the scoop, if filled or scoop up fries, is done right? Each container is filled as ordered. I love Micky D's fries. Why why so cheap filling our fry holder? What do they consider SUPER SIZE? Why even use that size container? They dont fill it, a Large fry holder rather than Super Size would do. But then I guess they couldnt legally charge you for a Super Size. Stop Super Size Lying!!! Just saying. ( have pics need to find, will add)“
“Grabbed a breakfast burrito and a hash brown with a small black coffee. Food was delicious. Coffee was great. However, someone really needs to teach these order takers what it means when someone orders a black coffee! NO, I DON'T WANT CREAM OR SUGAR! If I did I would NOT have asked for it Black!“
“So this location is amazing, the app is bs. I was less than 1mile from the store and the app order to a store 4 miles away. So when I showed up it created confusion. Then I had to cancel the order and reorder but since I used points the point didn't reset and I had to pay more than I wanted to. Could not find the corporation location to review them. The store handle the situation with professionalism and kindness. I was really happy they helped navigate the app mess up.“
“Breakfast Team is Wonderful! Friendly and Efficient. I always order Biscuits & Gravy with my Iced Coffee (French Vanilla). The Biscuits and Gravy are always delicious. They are my go to. Makes for a great day when I get my breakfast here.“

“McDonald’s is always a reliable spot, but this location truly stands out. The environment is peaceful and welcoming, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy a quick meal. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall comfort.
The food was fresh and served just the way it should be. The staff here are very helpful, friendly, and attentive, making the service feel smooth and pleasant. Prices are reasonable as always, and the consistency in quality makes this McDonald’s one of my favorite stops.

“I went to the McDonald's drive-through to grab my mobile order. It was fast, and easy. The two people I talked to were nice and ensured I had what I needed. I was in and out in under five minutes. The food was fresh, crispy, and tasty. Don't see any issues with this location. Will update if that changes.“
“If you are in the Louisville area and looking for a quick bite at any time of the day or night, the McDonald’s located at 2961 Breckenridge Ln is a solid choice. One of the biggest advantages of this location is that their drive-thru is open 24 hours, which is very convenient for late-night workers, travelers, or anyone simply craving something after hours. The staff here are generally friendly and do a good job of moving the line quickly, even during busy rush hours when the drive-thru can get quite packed.
Inside, the dining area has plenty of seating, and while the majority of tables are kept clean, I did notice that some were left dirty during my visit. It’s a very busy location, so I understand it can be challenging for the crew to stay ahead of the rush, but a little more attention to cleanliness would improve the overall experience. Food was hot, fresh, and served just as expected from McDonald’s standards. Overall, this location provides the classic McDonald’s menu with quick and convenient service, especially if you are on the go.“
“Best experience this morning. Stopped to just get some breakfast for my granddad, but my 2yo cried and hollered for chicken nuggets. And they did make a kids meal for me. The ladies were so sweet about it. I didn't catch names but they made our day.“
“We wanted to feed some of the street homeless in Louisville on Thursday afternoon. We had a large order and the manager was extremely helpful and nice even though it was extremely busy during that time of day. She helped us get the largest amount of food for our money. The food was ready in no time. Fresh and hot! Not only was the manager nice, so was her staff!!

“Service was fair. We received no receipt even after asking for one, and the frappe tasted bitter, spoiled. I feel I have a 50/50 chance at any McDonald's anywhere. The food was fi e though. “I've been coming here for years and most of the staff are ok they could be friendlier and remember if they don't like working there go somewhere else. The food is hit or miss as well it's McDonald's that's all I can say!“

Not only did he manage to serve my food promptly, but he also displayed heroic courage by rescuing a baby from a burning car nearby. “It was after 9:00 p.m. three cars were in front of me already pulled to the side and they had me pull up to the side cuz they said it was going to be a very long time I told him there was nowhere to move to some lady rudely told me to pull up.

“Parking: The parking lot is pretty self explanatory. Have to make sure your cautious while maneuvering for the angles of the parking spots resulting in more blind spots. However, it's not to much of a hazard as it may seem considering I've never seen or heard much about there being any accidents within the parking lot and I've worked next door for the last two years resulting in me frequently visiting their location.“

“I have not eaten at a McDonald's in a long time, I have been to this McDonald's twice in the last week. It is close to the hospital where my husband is. One time I went in and once the Drive thru. I got a Ranch chicken wrap and sweet tea both times and once a small fry. Both times the food came out fast, hot and correct. The young ladies who helped me were friendly, helpful and smiling and actually acted like they wanted to be there. The only complaint I have is a small fry is now almost 2 dollars and I got the new golden sauce and was charged $1 for 2. Other than that it was wonderful.“

“Have been to this location several times the last few months using the app to preorder and pick up. The orders have been delivered to our car within 3 minutes of arriving, the food has been fresh and hot and the employees have been friendly and courteous. The outside area has been neat and no visible garbage in the pickup area. Very pleasant experiences each time.“

While staying at the Drury Inn down the road, we walked to this McDonalds location for dessert.
Very clean, floors freshly mopped. McFlurry desserts were great. Really no one in the dining area so it was very quiet, but nice. Service was nice and workers were friendly.
