“Well after years of eating & bragging about the food at coal grove Giovanni’s, I finally got to take her to eat there this evening Nov. 21st. We ordered , I had Italian sub , it was very good as usual, my Wife ordered the open face pizza bread with pepperoni, mushrooms, & banana peppers, but when order came to table I noticed puzzled look on wife’s face after 1st. Bite , she said only thing on sandwich was pepperoni,???🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️so when I told the person who had taken the order she did offer to fix a new one but we had already had to wait about 30 minutes in first order so she ask for just the banana peppers , and then were only offered $1:50 off on meal ?? But what disappointed me was they all my time going there , never had anything wrong , but just bothered me that it was wife’s meal after it took so long to get her there! We will go back but will be a little bit more conscious on what we order??? Coupon on another sandwich would have been good, not just $1:50 off????“

I know it was not in purpose. but my mom asked that they please send the right one and was denied this. they said they would but only at 10 pm and only if she drove half way to meet them. this was a 8pm this was her dinner. they go to bed by 10. I am so disappointed in them. she didn't get to eat last night. I want them to do something about this and I don't want them to be rude to them again. I hope you can fix this because they love your place. and this is not right. I expect to hear from you. period“

“Lori with management at the Ashland store is AMAZING. When I tell you this woman went above and beyond would be an understatement. I won’t go into to much detail because I know I had a one off incident, but, Lori went above and beyond to help me with a solution and did so quickly! She deserves a raise!!“

The cheese sticks are good as well and the dipping sauce reminds me of gattiland but that's not a bad thing for me. Prices were reasonable and you get a good amount.“

“Definitely a go to for a quick and personalized pizza, we always get the No Dough version and it definitely does not disappoint, the crew behind the bar are very friendly, and fast paced. Only downside when building is, you'll have to speak a bit louder than normal due to the oven going, but that's the only down side at all.

The so called manager said that if it wasn't paid for with card or paid for it was not their problem... who cares if they took our order..told us it would be delivered within 45 minutes...it is not their problem.. I was talked to like a dog so I responded back the way I was being talked to...he hung up on me. It's just really horrible because our kids did favor Marcos pizza but we will NEVER order again. You would think a family that orders so often they would treat better bc we gave them alot of business but.....absolutely not...they do not care about this business or clientele at all! I do not recommend them at all!!!!!!! customer service is definitely not a top priority for them, in fact anything that goes wrong it's not their problem ....the customer is the burden! update : it's 5/28/23 and still nothing. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO A PLACE THAT COYLD CARE LESS IF YOUNGET YOUR ORDER ...IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH SAID ORDER AND MOST OF ALL NEVER REACH OUT AFTER HAVING SUCH A HUGE PROBLEM! In the last 3 months weve been given cold food. uncut pizzas and one was so misshapen on the dough it fell apart causing a burn . we never complained and just hoped with training the quality would return. Today our food was hot and delicious but it was obvious if not for his intervention my father would have been forced to wait in this heat because SHE wanted to hold it for someone else. “On 4-5-22 we went through the drive thru and received a brown dried out italian cheese bread and asked for a fresher one. We were given the same cheese bread with butter and more of the herb/ parmesan seasoning on top. Apparently they think it's okay to serve dried out food that's been in the warmer for hours and it's also okay try to cover it up to deceive customers. This is the second old dried one I've received within the last 4 weeks. Didn't complain the first time. Gave them a chance to make it right this time but they obviously don't care about the quality of their food or customer service.“
