“The owners work really hard and they stay so kind and humble, they used to only work every shift by themselves, they hired help, and let me tell you that this new worker well she might not be new, but she's new to me, and she is just as kind as the owners, I had a pickup order at Walmart and decided to come in and get some dinner, I was having a bad day and a very busy day and she absolutely made it better with her genuine kindness... I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“Loved my lunch at Penn station. I was given a free cookie! Also I didn’t realize lemonade was extra and they let me fill it anyway which was very generous. The Italian was quite good and comes with mayo unlike many other sandwich places. Cookie was delish and they toast the bread fresh so that is delish as well. I will be coming back.“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

“We stopped in on the way to the airport for a quick bite. We were impressed with their attention to detail. Each ingredient was placed deliberately, not just tossed, on the bread, so that they looked balanced, covering all of the surface area evenly. They really took their time, and it was worth it. And as we each personalized our sandwiches, we never felt rushed or that they were trying to skimp. Ate-in, and it was clean, too, not sticky. Definitely the best Subway experience ever. Might be an odd and lengthy review for fast food sub sandwiches, but they deserve the shout out. There are two subways at the exit, this one, on the north side of the interchange, is the one to visit.“

“The McAlister’s in OHIO! I was starving and intensely craving a hot sandwich, Reubens are one of my favorite type of sandwiches, and McAlister’s is one of my favorite restaurants! As I went to pick up my order, I walked in and was beautifully welcomed and greatly helped! Every item I ordered was prepared with love and kindness! I promise, if I didn’t have to return to work that day, I would have stayed in that restaurant until closing just to hangout! My only problem which wasnt anyone's fault but I had a little hard time ordering because the sweet young ladies was of different nationalities but it wasn't too bad, they were sweet and kind and we worked it out pretty easy. A few weeks ago a caterer called and cancelled our order with less than an hour until it was due. I called and Mr. Salaah answered. He listened to my short diatribe about the issue I was facing and quickly got to work making an order for 30+ people. I can't thank you guys enough for saving the conference! Thank you Mr. Salaah!!“

“This was our first time dining at the North Bend Rd. location. We were very impressed. The service was fast, the ingredients looked fresh, our sandwiches were fresh and the restaurant is very clean. The people running this location do a very good job. We definitely plan to come back!“

“I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad sandwich from jersey mikes. That being said, today’s sandwich was above and beyond. I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. I ended up eating my sandwich on fallen tree in the woods by the river, and I could taste the good vibes. I don’t do reviews often but todays crew was exceptional and I’m glad I stopped in.“

“Went here yesterday for their charitable day and it was JAM PACKED. The girls working the register and front of house were incredible. They dealt with nasty customers with grace and handled the pressure very well. They paused during the chaos to try to help me locate our office's order after a long wait time and I am very thankful. “Philly cheesesteaks always taste great. Their fries are usually crispy & taste great as well but can be undercooked every so often.

Main issue is the overpriced $18 cost for just a large sandwich & fries with no drink; & they rarely have any coupons or discounts. And bring back the tuna salad sub because the vegetarian options are scarce.
