“I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

“This White,Oak location much better service and timely. Avoid Hamil t on Zvenue location unless you have 30 to 49 minutes to wait fir your order. Will get more Penn Station dubs now that I have a shorter drive to the Cheviot Road location in White Oak“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“Loved my lunch at Penn station. I was given a free cookie! Also I didn’t realize lemonade was extra and they let me fill it anyway which was very generous. The Italian was quite good and comes with mayo unlike many other sandwich places. Cookie was delish and they toast the bread fresh so that is delish as well. I will be coming back.“

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“So yesterday on Thursday May 29th around 2pm I grabbed a total of 6 sandwiches, 3 fries and 2 drinks due to the $4.99 deal that was going until June 1st since I always cook I got and EX. sandwiches and I been wanting this since Memorial Day I went they were closed so I finally made it and when I ordered I always have to ask for EX. veggies and I wont blast them other Eastside locations LOL but anyway basic point is I will never have to ask for EX. at this location it was NICE and SWOLL. I promised the 25 box lunches by 11:30 but called at 10:30 to say they were ready. The boxes contained sandwich, chips, cookie, condiments and napkins- all I needed. “Go here often when I'm out doing Instacart an love the staff here. Always has such a great atmosphere in evenings when I come an the employees are fantastic as well. They're wonderful to talk to an remember my normal order as well. Will continue to be a regular spot because the food an service is great an it's in a convenient area for me as well.
