“I like that it's not weighed. You pay for a cup, and fill it up. You aren't hit with a "well that was a lot more than I thought it'd be, because I'm not a mathematician calculating my volume of yogurt and candies person." Decent selection of toppings, yogurt, soft serve, even dip/dots, and Philly ice!“
“Comfy Cow has became a family staple! We love the different flavors and this is our favorite location. The employees are so nice and keep everything very clean. Not sure what to get? They have free samples! Be sure and ask about their doggy ice cream too, which our four legged friend loves to eat!“
“About 6 of us ladies "of a certain age" meet on Fridays at Bill Bond's DQ on Shelbyville Rd. We are all EHS grads - 1969. We enjoy catching up with each other most Fridays at 9:30 am. Stop in and say hi to the "Coffee Girls"!“
“Employee was super nice and explained the flavors for us, what compare to..etc We got shake and cookies OMG this was the best shake ever had!! We got 4 cookies: chocolate chip, Brookie, Reverse peanut butter and dirty circus. Cookies are a good size. Very good. Family share them all to taste different flavors.“
“It almost hard to believe how high the quality of the food and service is here. The chicken sandwich is the best I've found anywhere, and the fried fish rivals what I'd normally pay $18 for. Sure, it costs $1 than other places but they don't prompt you for adding a tip to the payment. Plus they deliver the food to your table. Other restaurants should follow this business model.“
“Went through drive thru last night between 7pm-8pm my husband went inside to cancel our order after not having his wallet. The manger was so nice and gave us all of our food for free including ice cream. The order wasn’t cheap and it made our whole night. My son was so excited and thankful. Kindness goes such a long way and it gives me faith in this community. I will definitely be back!“
“Love a locally owned ice cream parlor. Lots of cone options to choose from. Wide variety of ice cream choices. There is something for everyone here. We got a cake cone, a scoop in a cup, and a milkshake! All were awesome. Tried a variety of different ice creams as well. Anyone with small kids know, you get to try them all whether you were planning to share or not.On both entrances of the store they have outdoor furniture, which is perfect for enjoying ice cream on a warm summer day. Service is to be expected with summer high school workers. They do their best, but have some grace as they can sometimes get overwhelmed.Strong recommendation for a before or even after dinner snack! Grab an outdoor couch and take a time out to enjoy some ice cream!“
“Delicious ice cream with spectacular service. I was allowed to try as many flavors as I wanted. Which included the following: Midnight snack- surprisingly tied for favorites. Ice cream with pretzels, brownies and peanut butter cups. Coffee- I was warned that the coffee flavor was strong but I loved it. Chocolate chip mocha was similar to coffee ice cream with chocolate pieces. It had huge chunks of chocolate which made it surprisingly better. Pumpkin- I settled on pumpkin ice cream with a sprinkled and chocolate rim cone. There were so many great flavors I honestly couldn't decide. Coconut chocolate chip- my wife's choice. which I usually don't like but it was decent. Fantastic ice cream parlor. Will visit again.“
“Great Ingredients = Great Dessertthis is an authentic gelato made in the traditional Italian style. The owner is actually certified from a place in Italy. They offer about 26 or so flavors which rotate seasonally. They offer cones and cups, as well as take home sizes. In the traditional gelato style they encourage mixing flavors, which I highly recommend as well.Overall its a great old school style neighborhood style dessert place which is a must try after dinner at one of the other restaurants in Norton Commons.“
“The first time I was here was with an elite event. I really enjoyed it so I decided to come back and invited a co-worker. I ended up ordering the same thing, "Freedom" tea. Kris, the owner, let us sample a shake. I sampled the fruity pebbles shake, and that was pretty tasty. I may try that next time. One thing that I wasn't aware of the first time that I came here that they offer a fitcamp. So on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, they offer a free fitness event at their establishment. Please call before coming if you are only coming for the fitness event to make sure that they are having the event.“
“I love coming here, anytime I have time I try to swing by. the staff are very nice and they have such good options. last time I was there I won a free Piña colada in a pineapple :) the place is also very cute and inviting definitely Recommend to anyone“
“I really like this place. Staff and patrons very welcoming of kids. But parents there are a few issues you need to know about….1. Bring food. Pizza, McDs, Chick-Fil-A. The food truck on day we went didn’t have much my kid would eat and was pricey.2. Bring some sand toys and meet a friend there to keep kid entertained. Mine had more fun when another kid his age showed up.3. Your kid will think the bourbon slushies are an icee. Lol. So maybe grab one before you come.4. They don’t always have ice cream so don’t mention it.5. The sand. Mine wanted to go play on the court (which is always in use) with its beautiful, fluffy sand. There isn’t necessarily a kid sand area (that would be awesome!). Kids play on the side but this day it was very compacted. A woman there said it wasn’t always like this.6. Watch out for balls and people on court cuss. I don’t care but some might.Pros: contained place to tire out your kid while you have a beer and talk to other adults. We will be back.“
“Sadly we didn't have the excellent customer service the restaurant was known for. We were rushed thru without even getting a chance to think and so one of the kids was very disappointed. The flavor of the chocolate ice cream is outstanding along with the double chocolate chip and the vanilla bean but the strawberry left a lot to be desired....it didn't taste like anything except iced sugar.“
“We love Spotz. There is finally an "ice cream" place in LaGrange and that is awesome. I say "ice cream" because really, their thing is gelato. They make their own flavors, so it tends to rotate. Majority of the flavors are pretty top notch.Sundaes and shakes are good, too. I think it's all I've ever ordered. There's usually a short weight as the staffing seems pretty thin. But, still this place is worth checking out, recommended for sure!“
“Ice cream was pretty good. Two regular size- 2 small scoops was 10$. Cool atmosphere. We were only ones there. The c server seemed less than thrilled to be there, but managed to be polite. Nothing to write home about, but not disappointed either.“
“The workers were very nice and the restaurant was nice and clean. Seems like a very nice place to bring your family if you want a good steak burger. The style of burgers and fries put me in mind of steak and shake. They have shoe string fries too. The ambiance is kinda like Culver's. So, if you like Culver's, you'll definitely like this place.“
“This place is LEGIT. We went there after lunch on Bardstown Rd. and were blown away by not only the amazing desserts, but also the service. Vonte helped us and was incredibly knowledgeable of the products/options, and so nice and welcoming on top of that. We will definitely be going back for our future sweet needs.“
“This is one of my favorite places! Absolutely everything here is so amazing. Malts, shakes, banana split, hot cocoa...we've tried all kinds of things and love it all. The quality of the chocolate is TOP. ?? They sell smaller bags of the chocolate which make great gifts. We stop here after shopping the outlets.“
“Came to a familiar place that I haven't been to in a while. First thing I noticed right away was the signage that listed all the items for sale. We ordered individual cakes, ice creams, and more. My items were good except the almond coconut ice cream that appeal to me next time will ask for a sample before buying. The next thing I noticed that this place had little customers it used to be very busy. Maybe the heavy rain and cold kept people away. The service was excellent and will return once more. Their private parking has plenty of spaces to park.“
“We have a 4-year-old grandchild whose favorite places are Chick-fila and the "cookie place", Homemade Pie Kitchen located near the Springhurst shopping area. Thus, for over 2 years we have been a 2 times a week customer. Everything they make is delicious! Our grandson especially likes his choices of cake balls, ice cream and the decorated cookies. Sometimes he chooses all three, especially when he includes goodies for his mommy and daddy! In addition, my husband and I have consumed delectable pies, oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies! The best part of our visits is our interactions with two extraordinary staff members, Cardin and Ilse. Cardin is the great store manager, and Ilse is the outstanding baker! Our grandson loves them both because they make him feel so special! Whether it's a grandchild who is leading you to this special place or you just want delectable desserts, you ought to go to experience the extraordinary customer service provided by Cardin and Ilse! We love them, as well as their desserts!“
“I pass there daily and is located between two busy highways. My mother and I both had medium size Blizzards. We didn't need anything to eat for the remainder of the day. Friendly service and clean. Most of their business was drive through. It was around dinner time and I would have ordered a flamethrower combo. Dairy Queen is my first choice for dining out.“
