“This was my first time at this franchise. There are 10-12 “base” sandwiches. You fill out your bag with the options you want. I like all of the topping options available. Truly unlimited options-like the blaze pizza of sandwiches. I got the chocolate chip cookie and it was pretty good.“

“I always order 3 mcalister club sandwiches and 4 bbq and 4 jalapeño chips every time. I usually never have a problem but today was just a mistake they missed up on my sandwiches and the blond young lady act like there was a problem with me. she treated me like I was dirty. I hate feeling miss placed in a place I eat 3-4 times a week and spends $30-$50 dollars every time. I hate to take my money elsewhere but if that continues or happen again I will no longer eat there nor recommend anyone else.“

“We are so happy to have a new, tasty sandwich shop in La Grange. Years ago, we gave up on subway's substandard ingredients and bland taste. Mike's has a lot of great options made with meats and cheeses cut when you order. Our favorite is a giant #9 Club Supreme on Rosemary Parmesan bread. We split the sandwich and are definitely full afterwards. The staff is always friendly and fast.“
“We were searching for a Subway in the area and went to Yelp. I first went to the one on Shelbyville Road but realized it was in Walmart and didn't want the hassle of parking - so I found this one not far away. The sandwiches are always good at Subway and this one was as good as the others. The people behind the counter were very helpful and very attentive to my order. I tried the new Hotshot Italiano and was very happy with it. My wife got her usual tuna and was very pleased with it.“

“Chain restaurant, the soda machine is a bit off today and the coke taste was not good. I guess I should have gotten the tea. Was pretty busy for a Tuesday. The employees were nice and very helpful. Very clean location, the tables were a little tightly spaced together for my liking so next time I'll sit in a booth.“
“Walked in at 8:40pm before they close at 9. The crew had already mopped the floor and the place looked great. I apologized for being so close to close and the crew of 2 high schoolers said no problem, we are here no matter what, might as well be making sandwiches! It was so refreshing to see employees who care so much. They had already inventoried the chips but promptly updated their count when I purchased one. Not sure their names but these two desire accolades for great service and attitude! Sandwich was super fresh btw!“

“I just have to say that every time I've popped into this place, it has been near to lunch time (and this place is close to the industrial parks) and still, this location is FAST and I love that. I often eat at Subway, but this one is one of the most efficiently operating Subways across the USA. The staff is always friendly and seem to want to do their jobs without mean-mugging the whole time. That's refreshing! And the ingredients always seem to be kept safe, fresh, and well stocked.“

“I haven't been to a Subway in years because my last few experiences just weren't good... stingy toppings, limp veggies and dirty with grumpy workers. I needed something quick and somewhat healthy so I thought I'd give this particular locale a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. My sub was good, the veggies looked and tasted fresh and the service was great. Solid option in Crestwood and I'll be back! Restaurant, toppings bar and restrooms were all very clean also.“
