“Food was delicious and service was great. Only negative was patio dining in 90+ degree weather but they kept our ice waters filled. We had the guacamole which was fabulous. Entrees were great especially the carne asada. Tres Leches for dessert- yum! Would definitely come back.“

“We went during restaurant week so we had a mix of a few items across thr menu including the guacamole, salads, tacos and of course a margarita. Everything was delicious BUT do not sleep on these salads. I know... salad on taco Tuesday? YES only if its that Johnny salad at Bakersfield! The margs are delightful, the tequila was flowing around us, and tacos that come out by the platterful. What could be better?“

“Want to know what it’s like eating at a taco joint in Mexico. Come on down to El Taco Feliz. My wife and I ate here and we were the only Caucasian people present. But that’s a good thing. In Kentucky, If Hispanics are coming to buy the tacos then it’s 100% legit. Best street tacos I’ve had to this day. Thanks El Taco Feliz, we will be back soon!!!….. many times.“

“Simply incredible tacos, amongst the best I’ve ever had in my life and easily the best in Cincinnati. The al pastor is to die for. Seriously, just go to this place - it may look unassuming given it’s a food truck parked in a BP, but the food is top notch. The guys who work there are also super friendly, great service. Only downside is it’s cash only but a small inconvenience for such incredible food.“

“The food is DELICIOUS. The option to make the tortas into salads is really nice. Epilepsy and sound warning: when a birthday is being celebrated, they carry around a flashing light and make a horrible loud noise similar to a taser sound. The restaraunt is small, so there isn't a spot to tuck away in to avoid the light. I would prefer not to dine in again, but I will definitely order take out.“

“This place has a 4.9 rating (at the time of this review) for good reason. The food is always super fresh at a super reasonable price. The owners are great as well. It is both vegetarian and meat-eater friendly. Do yourself a favor and stop by.Parking: In addition to street parking, there is a huge community parking lot behind the building that is free.“

“I don't normally leave high praise as I'm about to, but this restaurant deserves it. Service is quick and there's lots of memorabilia to check out. But the best part was the food, it is made as if someone actually put care into it! Definitely marking this place as a return in our future travels.“

“This taco truck/trailer is the best in the Northern Kentucky area. I have tried a number of things, but the chicken tacos are my favorite so far. The sauces that accompany the tacos are outstanding! The only thing I wish they had consistently was horchata, which they have had, but the past few times they did not. We love this place!“

“I'm a huge chipotle fan but I immediately noticed how fresh the food was. I had chicken soft tacos and chips. The guacamole tasted fantastic and was appealing to the eye. I didn't feel bloated afterwards. Don't miss the opportunity to eat here!“

“One of my favorite restaurants in cincinnati. Whenever people ask me where to go this is what I tell them. My favorite dish is the chipotle udon noodles! I also love the teriyaki tofu tacos. My husband loves the wings but especially the sauce that comes with it. Great fusion restaurant that has something for everyone“

“I have come to this location about four times now. Every time has been wonderful! They have the best tortilla chips of any Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. They're extremely crispy and delicious. Salsa is also clearly homemade and very tasty. Overall we had a wonderful experience.“

“. This tiny taqueria is a gem. The food is fresh and sublimely delicious!. I LOVE THIS PLACE !. The Guacamole is great.. The Camarones Tacos (shrimp tacos) features 3 small soft tacos with tender, boiled shrimp, shredded cabbage, guac, and the most wonderful Tamarind sauce (sweet and fruity).. The Carnitas Tacos (pork tacos; 3 small soft tacos) has tender flavorful morsels of pork, with onion, guac, and a savory sauce- only slightly spicy.. I recommend the refreshing house-made limeade, called Agua de Limon.. This restaurant is a tiny, very narrow, storefront. Of the two exterior doors on Main Street, enter the left (In) door; when you leave, you use the other door.. The restaurant interior has colorful wall murals and just a few small tables in the back of the space. They do offer carry-out.. Parking on Main Street is limited, but there is one (pay) public lot just across Main Street, and another (pay) public parking lot about 1/2 block away at 7th and Main.“

“I am so excited that Dayton, KY has a Mexican restaurant! It’s very walkable from my house and has everyone’s favorites on the menu. The space is quite small and good for a lunch or evening dinner. The salsa and chips are always a good factor in deciding whether the place is worth it, and it is. Delicious. Service was speedy and servers were so nice. Can’t wait to go back.Parking: Parking spot is located towards back of restaurant near patio seating.“

“The turtle was great! Definitely well worth $15. The chicken was seasoned, it was full of toppings and the cheese on the outside made it crunchy. Perfect taco! What I didn't like was if you eat in, you can't just leave a tab open, you have to pay for each beer and item separately...I would come back for the food tho!“

“Great place for a modern Mexican meal. We had a combination of dishes from Pollo Monterrey and Flautas to firecracker shrimp and Chicharrones. “Street tacos were tasty - Al Pastor (marinated pork with pineapple) was the way to go. Great mix of savory and slight sweetness characteristic of the dish. The Birria was delicious too, but a little salty. Toppings were right on - fresh cilantro and onions. Salsa and tortilla chips were homemade. Super friendly service and smiling faces. The whole experience was great.“

They have a variety of sauces you can try with your taco. ?We recommend the birria tacos; they were delicious and the sauce with it was perfect. I also got an to pastor taco and it was good too. They have the Mexican coke which I can never refuse ?It’s a bit expensive for tacos and not my favorite place but still good“

The indoor was so clean and the painting on the wall were amazing. The chips, salsa and queso were so good. Our entrees came quickly and hot. Everything was so good and there was so much we had to take it with us. They told us they are opening another side and a patio. Can't wait to come back!!“

“I've had less than stellar luck with more traditional Mexican food in Kentucky. And the ones that have had some level of promise have price tags that don't make sense. Don't expect a never ending pile of chips at San Miguel but you should expect some of the best tacos you've had in a very very long time. If you are craving Traditional style with 2 corn tortillas and a pile on onion and cilantro, this is your place. I took a tour of the tacos with chorizo, langua, carnitas, and al pastor. Hoping to find what they were strongest in if I were to come back. I will be back and I'd be thrilled with any of the above. The gf went with a chorizo quesadilla. I was excited because she rarely finishes a plate and that means I get her scraps! The dilla was pretty large but she said she just couldn't stop eating it. I did get a couple bites and it was perfect. I can't wait to go back“

“We have had dinner here 3 times recently! Always looking for local establishments to support! Highly recommend this one! The servers have been wonderful!! All the food we have choosen has been very good! Every time our son comes in town we try a new place between here and Cincinnati and so far this has been his favorite! He had the street tacos and raved about them! It does take just a little bit of time to get our food however, it is 100% worth it because it’s so fresh and hot and very tasty! please do give this place a try, you won’t regret it!“

“Never have been anywhere where the service is this exquisite. I've got to say the thing that sold me on this place was my server Jasmine. She was extremely attentive, made wonderful recommendations, and it was very clear she cared about us and our well being. We came in from out of town and we were honeymooning in Cincinnati and scouting colleges for our future children. Because Jasmine is a pre dental second year undergraduate student majoring in biology, minoring in chemistry, organic chemistry, finance, real estate, and something else I don't remember she had a lot to say about the school. I will not be sending my children to the school but I will send them to work here at Drunken Taco because she is a great role model. Anyway, the food was good and cool environment as well and I will for sure recommend my friends who are coming here next month for their honeymoon to go to Drunken, because of Jasmine. Apparently they had a rager the other night too and we would have gone but Jasmine recommended the aquarium but we quite enjoyed, expensive but because of Jasmine we had a great time. Finally, 10/10 service from Jasmine and I will be so lucky if my kids grow up to be like Jasmine because Jasmine is the best.“

“Met some friends for dinner and margaritas. Three of us had not been there, and we all enjoyed our visit. Margaritas were great, and yes, they had tajin behind the bar. A nephew taught me to use tajin instead of salt for a margarita. It adds so much flavor but negligible heat.“

“El Rio Grande offers an exceptional dining experience with its mouth watering Xangos dessert, a true delight! The Fajita sizzler for 2 is a generous feast capable of satisfying even a group of 4, boasting ample portions, freshly prepared sides, and flavorful sauces. The outstanding service complements the delectable cuisine, making it a must-visit destination for lovers of Mexican cuisine seeking quality and quantity in equal measure.Vegetarian options: Every dish can easily be made vegetarian by simply removing the meat and adding in some refried or black beans.Dietary restrictions: When you make a reservation at a restaurant, be sure to tell the staff about any dietary restrictions or preferences you have. If they can't accommodate you, they may be able to recommend other restaurants that can.Parking: On busy days spots directly in front of the restaurant fill up quickly, but there is plenty of parking in the parking areas adjacent to the exact location.Kid-friendliness: A warm and inviting atmosphere with plenty of room at the tables, colorful seating and wall decorations as well as enough ambient music to ensure even those children that are a bit loud won't disturb others.Wheelchair accessibility: This location has no barriers to entry and both front doors are wheelchair width and easily navigable. “"Mexican food so authentic, Donald Trump wants to build a wall around it."This is scrawled in chalk behind the main register in the place and I have to say, I agree! I had the pollo con mole. Homemade mole sauce was to die for. Burritos were stuffed and all the ingredients were fresh. The salsa had just the right amount of heat and loads of cilantro. The ambiance was awesome with the store in the back and the eclectic décor and different levels and whatnot. There was a couple celebrating their anniversary who invited their waiter to take a shot, and he did. It felt like having dinner with my extended family. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it. Worth the walk away from the Levee.“

“Traveling through town while at the Creation Museum my wife found Agaves with good reviews so we decided to stop. My wife had the Carnitas platter and loved it. It came with rice, beans and guacamole salad. I had the Seafood Burrito and it was the best Seafood Burrito I've had in 20 yesrs. It came with Pico de Gallo and rice. The burrito had scallops and grilled shrimp on the inside and topped with crab meat and white cheese sauce. Food came quickly and Service was great as well.“

“It was good. The cheese sauce dip is great. I had the fajita for 1, and it could have easily fed my guest and me. Took a little time to get refills or any kind of service, but I think it was because of where we sat. Would I go again? Yes, I would, but maybe earlier in the day, to see the vibe it has then or have different possible seating choices. Overall... satisfying the hunger it does. I have been to better places for Hispanic style food.“

“DEAREST CANCUNI've been walking or driving to your location for over a decade solo or with friends or family or colleagues.I have always appreciated the beautiful service (always delivered with a smile) and being served hot chips with delicious salsa as a welcomed gift while waiting to order is a truly classy move. I'm mostly pescatarian these days, but sometimes I still like to order the steak fajitas with the bell peppers and onions, the beans, rice, guacamole, and warm flour tortillas. It's a nice treat sometimes and it has only ever come out exactly perfectly (to my eyes and taste buds). My own niece absolutely adores this place because of the fish artwork. But her FAVORITE is right up the road by the bowling alley (but only because the fish are "real fish" in the aquariums).THANK YOU, ALWAYS!Sincerely,Christine“

“He Said: We got here at 9 after a longish drive and were concerned they were closing early when we saw they had chairs up on tables and just a few folks left, but they welcomed us in. The remaining patrons all seemed to know each other or the staff so there was lots of fun chatter and people enjoying a calm Friday night. We ordered a well-earned margarita and, based on previous reviews, knew to ask for the other salsas they have (other than what they bring with the basket of chips). The habañero one is properly spicy and still tasty and the tomatillo one was bright and flavorful. Because I grew up eating them in San Diego I ordered taquitos and they were great. They were clearly hand-rolled and with a generous amount of beef inside. So good. She Said: I was so happy to see this place within easy walking distance of our hotel, and we were welcomed with a smile despite arriving as they were obviously cleaning up for the night. The margarita hit the spot, and we tried to refrain from filling up on chips and salsa--as He noted the salsa was great. The chips weren't anything special, but just served as vehicles for the tasty salsa, so that's fine. The true star of the show was the pork in the carnitas tacos. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was some of the best meat I've ever had in a taco. It was perfectly cooked and its flavor was complemented by the toppings--especially if you mix the tomatillo salsa with just a bit of the habanero. All in all, i would be happy to eat one of these tacos every day for the rest of my life, and I'm sad that I'll probably never be coming through this town again and won't get to have another. But the memory will live on! Potty Points: No trip to the potty for me this time!“
