“Lovely coffee shop! I ordered a seasonal drink which was delightful. The rosemary scone was warmed up by the barista and was delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and homey, very relaxed. I love the outdoor patio and landscaping, I would love to sit outside next time I come back on a sunny day. Baristas were also very friendly and helpful. I will certainly return and am excited to try other menu items!“

“I spent my mornings here during my stay in Louisville during Louder Than Life. There was no better way to start your day than to chit chat to the beautiful owner of this place. I am missing my morning Americano brew and a yummy sandwich as I get back to my "normal" life here in Canada. If you are in the vicinity of this cafe, please do yourself a favor and drop in. “Where to even begin?! This is more than an amazing play space and cafe; it’s a place where caregivers can actually get a much needed breather while kids are able to be kids in a safe space. Plus it’s a hub of activity. They are always offering new classes, camps and childcare options. My kiddo took an art class here that was 10/10. They also are very community-minded. They’ve hosted a pantry on-site and offer play days at significantly reduced cost. Amazing people. Amazing atmosphere. Highly recommended GlowWorm!“

“Always friendly, but sometimes the same drinks taste different depending on who's making what, I suppose. I get the Cinnamon Spice Tea, or House Blend quite a bit, and even with the same ingredients each time, sometimes it's nowhere near the same. And the scoops vs 1x-4x sweet can be ultra confusing. Overall, I still enjoy the new combinations!
Update - Aug 2026 - still friendly! Not found a stand I haven't liked. Some of them make the drinks a little different sometimes, though. Trying new drinks and combos is great, though!“

“Dear Jeff's Donuts. I regret to inform you, I can only give you five stars, just know you deserve every single star in the sky. I hope this letter finds you well. The day is Friday. January the 10th, year 2025. Today, Brooklyn and I decided to get donuts for us and the kids, as she wanted to start preparing the chili early. Dunkin’ Donuts was closed, and the order promptly canceled. We debated on making homemade donuts for a short time, before deciding to venture out and try something different. There you were. Shining like a lighthouse in a dark, foggy sea of plain looking donuts. It’s beacon of light piercing through the veil of confusion and blandness. The chaos of ordinary cookie cutter style donuts, never stood no chance, really. Upon inspecting the diverse list of offerings, something caught my eye. The Cherry Dream Long John. I must admit, I was hesitant at first. Cherry is something many do wrong. Alas, I could not resist my own curiosity. The craving for proper cherry took over and consumed my ability to control my impulse. I added everyone’s order, and sent forth the courier of deliciousness promptly to your location. I had to have it, and I had to have it now. A short time later, the courier arrived, carry what was quite possibly the biggest donut box I’d ever seen. It was then, at that very moment, I knew deep inside of me that these truly were going to be no ordinary donuts. I quickly flayed the tree pulp and adhesive bondage from the chest of donuts, with the utmost anticipation. Not knowing truly what to expect, but having the highest of hopes. I opened it with the utmost care. At first glimpse, I was overwhelmed. I immediately closed the box in disbelief and looked at Brooklyn. She understood from my expression, that this indeed, was no ordinary box of donuts from no ordinary donut shop. It took a second, but after the shock and excitement faded, I re-opened the chest of delight, and we handed them out. The kids got chocolate frosted sprinkle donuts, which were absolute behemoths. You could tell, they were iced in all of their glory and size, with care and intent. Brooklyn withdrew her blueberry donut. She was pleased. Then it was left to me. I picked up my Cherry Dream donut, and stared at it for a minute. Marveled by its creamy, fresh and delicious appeal. Almost entranced by the faint smell of cherry and freshly cooked dough. I tried my first bite, and immediately knew not many would follow, as I couldn’t contain myself. It was perfect. From the creamy, fresh soft icing, that was a perfectly balanced flavor profile of cherry. Not the overwhelming fake cherry that becomes too much to bear after the first few bites. The sweet, delicate taste of cherry done right. Just enough to leave you craving more. It was that profile, mixed with a soft, fresh, airy dough that had such perfectly placed and crafted air pockets inside that it couldn’t possibly have any other explanation than god himself, wanted them to be there. Alas, I had acquired the perfect cherry donut. Jeff, from my heart to yours. To you, and your crew of artesian donut crafters as well, I’d like to say thank you. Thank you for this experience that has filled me with so much joy. Thank you for these children, being able to experience what a TRUE donut, really is, in all of its glory. I could not recommend Jeff’s donuts enough. I must abruptly end this, and I am sorry. There is now a strawberry donut calling my name. I cannot refuse its calling. I cannot ignore its voice, like a siren in the sea. I cannot ignore its succulent temptation. I must indulge.“

“Student or not, this small university adjunct is perfect for your favorite coffee and pastry. After experiencing incredible service and manners from very kind baristas, I had the best lemon poppy seed muffin of my life with my delicious, creamy latte. There is plenty of seating available with comfortable booths and chaises as well as tables and chairs, with outlet chargers accessible from just about every spot and free open wifi available. Soft jazz plays in the background of a productive and calm atmosphere. Prices are also reasonable, especially in today's economy. Just outdoors, the campus lawn with beautiful brick buildings creates a pleasant scenery - outdoor seating is also available. Highly recommend!“

“I finally got to drop by Switchboard. This place is literally down the street from where I work. They open at 7 AM and I’m not gonna lie, it’s been on my list for places to visit especially when you need that morning coffee! It’s part of the Myriad Hotel and it’s very adorable. They do coffee as well as cocktails. I decided to get a chai latte. The space is very inviting with a great ambience. They have ample seating which is a great option on a day where you have time to hang out. My dirty chai latte was very tasty with a shot of espresso. I can’t wait to go back and grab a pastry. It will make for a lovely treat on a workday.“

“its 2025, with the price of gas & inflation it says a lot that I drive over an hour at least once a week to visit this location. Melanie & the girls are all kind & friendly & really care about everyone who walks in the door! Everything on the menu is delicious & cant go wront with any choice you make, but I love coming in for a Donut & Gusher tea for a pick-me up! “Great experience at this Starbucks in Shepherdsville. The drinks were made right and tasted really good, exactly what you want from a quick coffee stop. The kids especially loved the cake pops, which made the visit even better for us.
