“I learned last evening that I needed to provide 25 lunches for a meeting today. I visited the store about 8:30 this AM and spoke with Sam. I promised the 25 box lunches by 11:30 but called at 10:30 to say they were ready. The boxes contained sandwich, chips, cookie, condiments and napkins- all I needed. Sam had them bagged up and ready for my transport. Great service and complete lunch box!“

“Another Subway. You always know what you're getting when you go to Subway. This one is located in the shopping center by the Krogers. It's really big inside compared to most Subways. The service was good as was the food. It's always fresh. Slight language problem with the staff here but we were able to work through it. Worth the stop.“

“First time here. Plenary of parking, restaurant was very clean. Service was fantastic! Overall, a good value. I just couldn’t give it that 5th star yet.

My server suggested the half sandwich combo which comes with a potato pancake and cup of soup. I let her pick for me and she brought beef barley soup which was delicious! The Rueben was really good, although just a tad light on the pastrami for my taste. But a really good sandwich, nonetheless. The potato pancake had good flavor and seasoning but texturally, was a bit rubbery. It was difficult to cut and chew. Finally, the sweet tea… oh man it’s divine! Yum!

“Look, there’s a ton of menu items so I’m pleasurely surprised for it being just a little itty bitty sandwich shop. I think the sandwiches could have been toasted less. And the BBQ bacon sandwich should have chicken on it. But it was pretty good. I’d say next time I’m trying that chicken bacon ranch. But only time will tell if God allows there to be a next time. He is coming.“

meal deal allows customers to order a six-inch sub for $6.99 or a footlong sub for $9…..thought the deal included chips and coke…….. DID NOT RECEIVE the coke and chips…. WHY.

$9 seems like major cost beyond our normal and current price increase (and without drink and chips)

“I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

“I quit eating here because they always mess up my orders. Yesterday for the first time in ten years I gave them another chance and it was perfect. Today I went back. I ordered a cheese steak on whole wheat or grain, they gave me white, I asked for green peppers and banana peppers they didn't add the green peppers. They were not very busy at all. Simple mistake and the food I got was great but not what I ask for. So between yesterday and today for they are 50/50. I'll try again in a few years.“

“I think this is the best Subway in NKY, hands down. We have tried to go to the one in Walton for years, but their customer service and food are just terrible. I was yelled at by the male worker over showing up to get our order two minutes early and they only put tiny amounts of food on your sandwich and then smash it down, I believe out of spite. The food also tastes old, stale bread and wilted veggies.
This one is worth the drive and is super friendly, we have been a few times now and are always greeted with smiles, our food is top notch and the sandwiches are piled high! And the ingredients are so fresh. They even have a designated pickup area, and they label the sandwiches if you have multiple in an order. The other stores should take note. This is how it’s done.“

“When a deli has two whole pages dedicated to different iterations of the world best rueben, you know you’re in for a treat. \n\nI had the turkey rueben, which was great. The rueben comes with a potato pancake, or switch it to another side if you prefer (definitely just get the potato pancake). \n\nAs stated on their website, some of the equipment and seating may have changed throughout the years, but they are still serving the original recipe from 1901.“

Izzy's service was amazing, drinks, sides, beef bourginon were great but compared to other top steak houses we were let down. The ribeye was not as thick as expected and not the quality of beef as expected. No steaks were offered with bone in.“

I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“This store is my favorite Subway in the northern Kentucky their food is always what you would expect from a Subway. It's never been bad at this location. It has always been clean looks good inside of the store. What makes this store stand out is the people that work here. They have customer service down to an art.“
