“It was all there In the bag just as I ordered it. That’s commendable right there! Fries were hot Big Mac was tastier than I expected. The fountain drinks were perfect. The only thing I dislike is having to pull up to the rail after ordering which defeats the function of ‘fast food.’ IMHO this best McDonalds in the area from my experience. The employees are very friendly and the take out is accurately accommodated .“

“This place is a 10/10! The atmosphere and staff were AMAZING!! We came to Louisville for the day to find my wedding dress. After I said yes to the dress we decided to try Mussel and Burger Bar! They made my day 1000x extra special, took care of my food and drinks, and even gave me a platter of desserts to try! “Everyone leaving this place 1 star reviews after not getting what you wanted from Uber eats… First, why are you ordering from a Burger King located next to a gas station off Uber eats, and second why are you expecting the service of said place to be superb? Lol it’s a Burger King next to a gas station… lower your expectations maybe, or idk, go to the drive thru yourself. I have had issues here once (the whopper bun was out of stock, so I was substituted a brioche bun with dairy, which I wasn’t able to eat.) but tbh, as it goes, I can’t complain about this location. Nice employees, and usually fast (good) food, which is the whole point. My favorite Burger King in the area. Can’t say what it’s like ordering delivery from here, because I don’t order drive-thru places through delivery services. I can, however, vouch positively for the app and in store purchases. As a self-proclaimed frozen custard snob with a penchant for Planters chocolate in WNY, I was pleasantly surprised by Culver's hand-scooped version. While it lacked the familiar soft serve texture, the custard was undeniably rich and sweet with excellent flavor. However, Planters still reigns as my gold standard in the world of frozen custard. Nevertheless, Culver's provided a satisfying and enjoyable experience on my journey.“

I ordered three philly cheesesteaks 12 inches and got chicken instead of beef and only realized that once i got home, called the owner and he was not hesitant at all in replacing my order! “The lady who helped me at the front counter is amazing. I was there to pick up a last meal for my dog before I put him down. I asked her what she recommended because I was just picking random things. She told me to try just regular hamburger patties, no bread ( I didn't know you could do this), and a plain vanilla pup cup. The only thing he wanted to eat was the hamburger patties. She was amazing helping me out, even when I started to cry, which I kept apologizing for. I wish I would have thought to get her name. She got my food quickly for me, which I appreciated. And as I left, she said she would keep me in her prayers. She is a wonderful human being.“

“My husband and I ate here last night and we waited over 20 minutes to get our burgers and fries. They were not busy but the staff was standing around talking. Another lady was waiting also and when she was leaving she said she would not be back. The girl that handed me our food was beyond rude and she shoved the bag at me. Parking: I was not happy with the cashier. I always smile and try to interact with people. This young lady wouldn't even make eye contact. I guess her job description did not include personality.“

“It’s completely different from regular burger chains.
I think a burger made with fresh meat, not frozen, grilled and served with fresh vegetables is very good for your health.
The taste of a rich, juicy burger with a milkshake is the best.
