“1st time there. LOVED the egg roll and sauce to dip in was fabulous! Will be going back just for them. Had the Asian salad with fried chicken...give it a 5..needed something else on it like ? Green onions...slaw to meat ratio was off/ dressing was good. Savannah @ register was friendly and brightened up the room with her personality. My son was surprised @ how juicy his grilled chicken sandwich was..fries could have been warmer with more seasoning“
“You can tell that there is new management here. Barb is the Peyton Manning of fried chicken. She is reading the defense and calling the audibles to her staff. They are executing with friendly service, speed, and accuracy. She is running a tight ship, and they staff are clearly taking pride in their work. This place was suffering last time I was here (months to a year ago). Now I would put it up against any KFC in the Louisville and surrounding areas. The food was hot a fresh. Top quality. It was clear that we weren’t the only ones noticing and enjoying the good things that are happening here. We will be back for sure to get some of that hot fresh original recipe and dip some biscuits in that brown gravy, oh yeah!“
“Friendly smiling faces. We eat her often. We have noticed that in the last few months the service cleanliness of this location has gotten way better. They food has also. It is fresh hot and tatse good. Which over the last year it has not been until recently but we love kfc so we eat here regularly. They were busy but seen us and greeted us and said they'd be right with us. A young man took our order he was helpful on suggesting items. there was a wait but they were busy and not many people working we only seen 4 people. Female manager apologized for the wait thanked us for Being patient and understanding. She was training new ones. She checked on us while eating. We talk to a few. She explained the restaurant has new employees and herself and the gm are new and that they are doing what they can to change this location reputation. I am not sure what other people think. But we have noticed the changes before this night over the last few months. And now we know why. The new management and employees are making a difference for the better. Will recommend everyone to try them out again.“
