“We wanted to feed some of the street homeless in Louisville on Thursday afternoon. We had a large order and the manager was extremely helpful and nice even though it was extremely busy during that time of day. She helped us get the largest amount of food for our money. The food was ready in no time. Fresh and hot! Not only was the manager nice, so was her staff!!

“Little dissappointed, why arent we offered ketchup or condiments anymore? If youre like me, using the drive thru, obviously in a hurry. You dont remember to ask for these things. And? Maybe its just me. But the double cheeseburger? Tastes funny? Not bad, not char grilled, just, different. And? When I order and pay for Super Size?? Why, why, why? Are the french fry "cups" ALWAYS 1/2 to 3/4 full, at best??? This has been the case, over and over and over the last year?? Ive worked there. Ive made up the fries. I know the scoop, if filled or scoop up fries, is done right? Each container is filled as ordered. I love Micky D's fries. Why why so cheap filling our fry holder? What do they consider SUPER SIZE? Why even use that size container? They dont fill it, a Large fry holder rather than Super Size would do. But then I guess they couldnt legally charge you for a Super Size. Stop Super Size Lying!!! Just saying. ( have pics need to find, will add)“

“The manager or whoever the blond lady is was horrible, mistreating a boy who was doing his job. If you come here please complain so they can get out of that. I hate to say it but I also suspect the woman was being racist because most of her workers are hispanic and spanish-speaking.“

“One of my favorite visits to McDonalds. My order was taken as soon as I pulled to the speaker. My order was taken precisely. When I pulled to the payment windows, the girl was waiting and ran my card very quickly. At the order receipt window I was greeted by a lady who was very friendly. She read my order back to me, handed me my drinks in a tray which is rare without asking for one. She presented my food to me quickly, smiled and thanked me. I would say it was a perfect experience.“

“They were super busy the other day, but with my mobile order, I was in and out quickly. Water machine was down, so no coffee or hi-c or ice. My fries seemed a little undercooked and soggy, but they were edible. If not for those 2 things, I would’ve given five stars.“
“I work right by this location. I know it stays busy between the University, businesses downtown, and wondering guests that walk through the streets. I’m sure there are times where it may be slower but for the last two years that I periodically go I have received quality service and hot food. Their employees are always working and very friendly, I’m thankful for that because those things two things aren’t common in fast food. I hope this store receives the acknowledgement it deserves for their corporation.“

“Big fan of this location when I order McDs. The only thing to improve would be the drive-thru. It's good and you get what you order but almost every time no matter what I order, they tell me to pull ahead and wait or park and wait.
Other customers usually have to do the same. I'm sure it's some timer that they have to adhere to so it's not their fault. It just seems chaotic.“
“The lady here early this morning is the greatest. Store seems understaffed but she handles it very well. Most people would just walk out of a situation like that, gotta give her credit. Also, never had bad food from here, nor have I had to wait long.“
“Service was fair. We received no receipt even after asking for one, and the frappe tasted bitter, spoiled. I feel I have a 50/50 chance at any McDonald's anywhere. The food was fi e though. “This McDonald's is always fast and accurate. That means a lot when you are in a hurry. I stop here weekly to get my grandkids food after work on the day I pick them up. The food is always hot and fresh and the people who work there are always nice and polite. I like this McDonald's over any other I have ever been to.“

“My orders at fast food restaurants are always easy, so my orders rarely get messed up. So that's a plus that my order is correct 95 percent of the time.
I ordered 2 hot and spicy mcchickens cause the buy one get one for a dollar is a decent deal. (Even though mcchickens used to be a dollar)
I tried the dulce de leche frappe, and it was good. Super sugary and very sweet. So, if you're not into overly sweet things, it may not be for you.
The service is quick and easy.
It's McDonald's. Everyone knows the food is terrible for you, you shouldn't eat here, but we do for convenience.“

“Parking: The parking lot is pretty self explanatory. Have to make sure your cautious while maneuvering for the angles of the parking spots resulting in more blind spots. However, it's not to much of a hazard as it may seem considering I've never seen or heard much about there being any accidents within the parking lot and I've worked next door for the last two years resulting in me frequently visiting their location.“
“I had the most incredible experience at McDonald's, and it is all thanks to Caleb! Not only did he manage to serve my food promptly, but he also displayed heroic courage by rescuing a baby from a burning car nearby. His quick thinking and bravery in such a dangerous situation were truly inspiring. Despite the chaos, Caleb maintained his composure and provided excellent service with a smile. “Breakfast sandwich was correct. Ordered in app to get points and just have coffee at drive thru.
Parking: Plenty of spots but you do have to make a lap around the building several times to get yo order and head back out so watch for people walking in/out and them parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair ramps at the doors with several handicap parking spots. I have not needed to use them or the door so unsure if they work well.“

“I visited the lobby to order today. Clearly they were understaffed and very busy. I understand the concept of fast food means fast BUT they were doing their best. I was floored at how a teacher from Chenoweth talked about the staff to other customers. I'm more concerned about the lack of patience from someone trusted to educate children daily than how quickly my food gets out. The staff were extremely friendly and working hard, nobody was standing around ignoring her. I will continue to return to this location. My food was great. I was very impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of the workers.“
“I just drove through this McDonald’s to get a tea and I was so impressed with the young people who served me. The young lady who took my order and money was smiling and so friendly, as was the young man who gave me my drink! Thank you!

“Since I haven't been to a McDonald's since the prices got so ridiculously high, the inception of the 5 dollar meal deal has been a welcomed addition to lunch and dinner choices in recent times.
The drive thru employees were courteous and respectful, wait time was minimal, order (with special instructions) was correct and everything was presentable and pleasing. Mind you that this is Broadway and 2nd St. I never imagined I would say this about a McDonald's but there it is! Excellent job folks of this store! Give em a motivational raise already, keep them giving a damn about customer satisfaction and a job well done and I'll continue to come back!!“

“Have been to this location several times the last few months using the app to preorder and pick up. The orders have been delivered to our car within 3 minutes of arriving, the food has been fresh and hot and the employees have been friendly and courteous. The outside area has been neat and no visible garbage in the pickup area. Very pleasant experiences each time.“

Some people are just CLOWNs who wanna pretend they are dining in a Michelin star restaurant for $12 !! This IS a 5 star joint“
