“Little dissappointed, why arent we offered ketchup or condiments anymore? If youre like me, using the drive thru, obviously in a hurry. You dont remember to ask for these things. And? Maybe its just me. But the double cheeseburger? Tastes funny? Not bad, not char grilled, just, different. And? When I order and pay for Super Size?? Why, why, why? Are the french fry "cups" ALWAYS 1/2 to 3/4 full, at best??? This has been the case, over and over and over the last year?? Ive worked there. Ive made up the fries. I know the scoop, if filled or scoop up fries, is done right? Each container is filled as ordered. I love Micky D's fries. Why why so cheap filling our fry holder? What do they consider SUPER SIZE? Why even use that size container? They dont fill it, a Large fry holder rather than Super Size would do. But then I guess they couldnt legally charge you for a Super Size. Stop Super Size Lying!!! Just saying. ( have pics need to find, will add)“
“The people working inside are very nice and helpful albeit very busy. I grew up in this area and know that being super nice with them goes a long way. They might act like they didn't hear you and they might not have they wear headsets.“
“Breakfast Team is Wonderful! Friendly and Efficient. I always order Biscuits & Gravy with my Iced Coffee (French Vanilla). The Biscuits and Gravy are always delicious. They are my go to. Makes for a great day when I get my breakfast here.“
“I order at this McDonald's often at least 2x a week. Mostly 3 to 4 but 2 at the minimum.
I managed a south Kentucky mcds for 5yrs. And I would love to say there's a male here by the name of John . I'm not sure if he's in manager positions or not. However if he isn't he ought to be. Honestly due to his over the top, outstanding customer service, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the fact that this is 1 of the only few ones I've been to that actually do things by the book. The meat is always seasoned perfectly. This is by far my fav one in lousiville. It's a little further away than 2 other ones near my house. I will still drive to this one. #1 the man is on point, he smiles makes me feel welcome and it's not fake. #2 the burger patties are seasoned , and #3 It's clean all the time.

“Grabbed a breakfast burrito and a hash brown with a small black coffee. Food was delicious. Coffee was great. However, someone really needs to teach these order takers what it means when someone orders a black coffee! NO, I DON'T WANT CREAM OR SUGAR! If I did I would NOT have asked for it Black!“
“We wanted to feed some of the street homeless in Louisville on Thursday afternoon. We had a large order and the manager was extremely helpful and nice even though it was extremely busy during that time of day. She helped us get the largest amount of food for our money. The food was ready in no time. Fresh and hot! Not only was the manager nice, so was her staff!!

“I went to the McDonald's drive-through to grab my mobile order. It was fast, and easy. The two people I talked to were nice and ensured I had what I needed. I was in and out in under five minutes. She seemed to be the only English speaker and was working the Drive Thru, Front desk, answered the phone once, and generally keeping the ship afloat and things running smoothly single handedly. “My problem isn't unique to this McDonalds, and not to McDonalds alone. You use the ordering queue to enter your order. You enter a number for a flag on your table s they can bring your food. Then you wait and wait and wait, and you get your food at the same time you get the up for your drink. Someone needs to monitor the front. Why say you will deliver food to the table when they are waiting at the register to get a drink before they sit down?“

“I have not eaten at a McDonald's in a long time, I have been to this McDonald's twice in the last week. It is close to the hospital where my husband is. One time I went in and once the Drive thru. I got a Ranch chicken wrap and sweet tea both times and once a small fry. Both times the food came out fast, hot and correct. The young ladies who helped me were friendly, helpful and smiling and actually acted like they wanted to be there. The only complaint I have is a small fry is now almost 2 dollars and I got the new golden sauce and was charged $1 for 2. Other than that it was wonderful.“

“Parking: The parking lot is pretty self explanatory. Have to make sure your cautious while maneuvering for the angles of the parking spots resulting in more blind spots. However, it's not to much of a hazard as it may seem considering I've never seen or heard much about there being any accidents within the parking lot and I've worked next door for the last two years resulting in me frequently visiting their location.“

“Went to this McDonald’s after leaving church ordered a double quarter pounder meal two happy meals and two chicken sandwiches however on the double quarter pounder meal I want everything that comes on the big Mac instead of what comes on the double quarter pounder I get home and find the only is it not a double quarter pounder it’s just a regular big Mac with everything under the table on it. I tried to call back but no one answered so I drove back to the location and spoke with a manager by the name of JAY and when I tell you, she went above and beyond without having any type of attitude and get it all with a smile and make sure that my burger was correct so I highly recommend this location and shout out to JAY for being such a phenomenal manager.“
“Came to town for Run For The Roses basketball tournament. Arrived pretty late and most places were already closed. Stopped at Mickey D's to get the kids Happy Meals. They were happy with their food, but what kid wouldn't be? Service was quick.“
“Went at 9:30pm expecting a semi warm, semi edible meal just to tie us over on our drive home. The drive thru cashier was nicer than any McDonald's employee I've ever come into contact with. She even told me what would make my meal cheaper! We got our food and EVERY SINGLE BIT of it had just come out of the fryer. Not to mention she gave ketchup and extra napkins without us asking! I wish we lived closer so we could always get this kind of service!“
“Have been to this location several times the last few months using the app to preorder and pick up. The orders have been delivered to our car within 3 minutes of arriving, the food has been fresh and hot and the employees have been friendly and courteous. The outside area has been neat and no visible garbage in the pickup area. Very pleasant experiences each time.“

While staying at the Drury Inn down the road, we walked to this McDonalds location for dessert.
Very clean, floors freshly mopped. McFlurry desserts were great. Really no one in the dining area so it was very quiet, but nice. Service was nice and workers were friendly.

“This location on Philips lane is the Bomb. This is what you get when the owner makes a Great crew and pays them to keep them. There are places that make your day. These employees are my favorite part. And I am theirs. This is not a training store like the one on popular level. This is a keeper and I will go out of my way to get my Mickey D's there. I will not drive thru. Worth a personal walk-in for me for Years!“
