“Little dissappointed, why arent we offered ketchup or condiments anymore? If youre like me, using the drive thru, obviously in a hurry. You dont remember to ask for these things. And? Maybe its just me. But the double cheeseburger? Tastes funny? Not bad, not char grilled, just, different. And? When I order and pay for Super Size?? Why, why, why? Are the french fry "cups" ALWAYS 1/2 to 3/4 full, at best??? This has been the case, over and over and over the last year?? Ive worked there. Ive made up the fries. I know the scoop, if filled or scoop up fries, is done right? Each container is filled as ordered. I love Micky D's fries. Why why so cheap filling our fry holder? What do they consider SUPER SIZE? Why even use that size container? They dont fill it, a Large fry holder rather than Super Size would do. But then I guess they couldnt legally charge you for a Super Size. Stop Super Size Lying!!! Just saying. ( have pics need to find, will add)“
“So this location is amazing, the app is bs. I was less than 1mile from the store and the app order to a store 4 miles away. So when I showed up it created confusion. Then I had to cancel the order and reorder but since I used points the point didn't reset and I had to pay more than I wanted to. Could not find the corporation location to review them. The store handle the situation with professionalism and kindness. I was really happy they helped navigate the app mess up.“
“Breakfast Team is Wonderful! Friendly and Efficient. I always order Biscuits & Gravy with my Iced Coffee (French Vanilla). The Biscuits and Gravy are always delicious. They are my go to. Makes for a great day when I get my breakfast here.“
“We wanted to feed some of the street homeless in Louisville on Thursday afternoon. We had a large order and the manager was extremely helpful and nice even though it was extremely busy during that time of day. She helped us get the largest amount of food for our money. The food was ready in no time. Fresh and hot! Not only was the manager nice, so was her staff!!

“If you are in the Louisville area and looking for a quick bite at any time of the day or night, the McDonald’s located at 2961 Breckenridge Ln is a solid choice. One of the biggest advantages of this location is that their drive-thru is open 24 hours, which is very convenient for late-night workers, travelers, or anyone simply craving something after hours. The staff here are generally friendly and do a good job of moving the line quickly, even during busy rush hours when the drive-thru can get quite packed.
Inside, the dining area has plenty of seating, and while the majority of tables are kept clean, I did notice that some were left dirty during my visit. It’s a very busy location, so I understand it can be challenging for the crew to stay ahead of the rush, but a little more attention to cleanliness would improve the overall experience. Food was hot, fresh, and served just as expected from McDonald’s standards. Overall, this location provides the classic McDonald’s menu with quick and convenient service, especially if you are on the go.“
“I enjoy coming into this location more for the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Clean establishment with great customer service. *Safe & Friendly location for the police as well*.

“I went to the McDonald's drive-through to grab my mobile order. It was fast, and easy. The two people I talked to were nice and ensured I had what I needed. I was in and out in under five minutes. “They were super busy the other day, but with my mobile order, I was in and out quickly. Water machine was down, so no coffee or hi-c or ice. My fries seemed a little undercooked and soggy, but they were edible. If not for those 2 things, I would’ve given five stars.“

“I work right by this location. I know it stays busy between the University, businesses downtown, and wondering guests that walk through the streets. I’m sure there are times where it may be slower but for the last two years that I periodically go I have received quality service and hot food. Their employees are always working and very friendly, I’m thankful for that because those things two things aren’t common in fast food. I hope this store receives the acknowledgement it deserves for their corporation.“

“Service was fair. We received no receipt even after asking for one, and the frappe tasted bitter, spoiled. I feel I have a 50/50 chance at any McDonald's anywhere. The food was fi e though. Im not a fast food person due to terrible exp over the years. I oulled in here to grab a drink but deciddd to order a filet of fish meal
I was shocked. The drive thru staff wzs fast and fri. My food wzs HOT and fresh. Wow...first time ver. I will be back“

“Big fan of this location when I order McDs. The only thing to improve would be the drive-thru. It's good and you get what you order but almost every time no matter what I order, they tell me to pull ahead and wait or park and wait.
Other customers usually have to do the same. I'm sure it's some timer that they have to adhere to so it's not their fault. It just seems chaotic.“

“This McDonald's is always fast and accurate. That means a lot when you are in a hurry. I stop here weekly to get my grandkids food after work on the day I pick them up. The food is always hot and fresh and the people who work there are always nice and polite. I like this McDonald's over any other I have ever been to.“

“Parking: The parking lot is pretty self explanatory. Have to make sure your cautious while maneuvering for the angles of the parking spots resulting in more blind spots. However, it's not to much of a hazard as it may seem considering I've never seen or heard much about there being any accidents within the parking lot and I've worked next door for the last two years resulting in me frequently visiting their location.“

“My orders at fast food restaurants are always easy, so my orders rarely get messed up. So that's a plus that my order is correct 95 percent of the time.
I ordered 2 hot and spicy mcchickens cause the buy one get one for a dollar is a decent deal. (Even though mcchickens used to be a dollar)
I tried the dulce de leche frappe, and it was good. Super sugary and very sweet. So, if you're not into overly sweet things, it may not be for you.
The service is quick and easy.
It's McDonald's. Everyone knows the food is terrible for you, you shouldn't eat here, but we do for convenience.“
“Since I haven't been to a McDonald's since the prices got so ridiculously high, the inception of the 5 dollar meal deal has been a welcomed addition to lunch and dinner choices in recent times.
The drive thru employees were courteous and respectful, wait time was minimal, order (with special instructions) was correct and everything was presentable and pleasing. Mind you that this is Broadway and 2nd St. I never imagined I would say this about a McDonald's but there it is! Excellent job folks of this store! “Have been to this location several times the last few months using the app to preorder and pick up. The orders have been delivered to our car within 3 minutes of arriving, the food has been fresh and hot and the employees have been friendly and courteous. The outside area has been neat and no visible garbage in the pickup area. Very pleasant experiences each time.“
“Updated: Stopped here afternoon May 8th. Service was superb, the food was fresh and warm Perfect lunch. Service was top notch, friendly staff who seemed to enjoy their work! They even allowed us to park our electric scooters indoors tucked out of the isle. That was greatly appreciated!“
