“Edited to add: The manager (John) at this store was on top of it. He called and left a message that he would replace my meal, I didn't opt to do that. But I do order food from them for my mother who's in assisted living. She tells me every time that the food is correct and delicious. So kudos to John for making sure this Wendy's is on the ball. I will change my rating to 5 stars.
I got an apple pecan salad, and this is the chicken that was in my salad. It looked petrified, it was harder that the croutons. I tried to call the store but of course nobody answered. They had us pull to the side because they were waiting on the fries. When she brought the food out asked if we had the hamburger and my husband said yes, and a fry. She said, oh, let me check if the fries were in there. Too much money to serve anybody that crap. Done with Wendy's!!“
“The staff is so nice. I’ve never had anyone be rude to me (even though I’m kind of quiet and sometimes have issues ordering due to social anxiety) and the food is just what you expect from Wendy’s. Their French toast and fries (both breakfast and regular) are sooo good. Their chicken nuggets/sandwiches are always crispy. The service is also incredibly fast, like if you’re on campus you’ll get your food within 30 minutes no matter the length of the line, and when there is no line they literally take 2 minutes or less.“
“Love this Wendys, the staff is always nice and the food is always great, never had a problem. Did want to give some feedback though, today I got the caramel frosty-ccino and tasted like straight up cough syrup or chemicals, maybe they put too much syrup or something. But anyway, still love and recommend this location!“
“We ordered a really large order and Devonte was very patient with us. He even offered to repeat it back for accuracy and then he took the time to ensure everything was correct. As a big family it's very rare to have everything correct and nothing missing but that was our experience at this wendys. Thanks Devonte and the rest of the staff here today!“
“I get the same couple items every time I go. Junior Bacon Cheeseburger or a big bacon classic, depending on hunger levels. And a large natural lemonade of varying flavors. It's really hard to mess that order up, and so far, I've had no issues. Whoever takes orders on the headset needs to be a little more attentive. I shouldn't have to repeat such a small order. Other than that it's always a perfect experience.“

“Came in to wait for an Uber Eats order. After standing there for several minutes without being acknowledged, the cashier came up and took a couple's order who came in AFTER me. So before anyone else could go to the register, I stepped up and the cashier said "if you're here for door dash you gotta wait over there I gotta take these inside orders first." There were probably 8 people behind me and I can't wait that long for all of them to place and receive their orders. We get contract violations for taking too long. Had to cancel the delivery and leave.“
“Most of the time the wait time here is less than 5 minutes, they prepare the food according to item description in the menu without missing a single ingredient, mobile orders are kept warm untill you arrive and are prepared in less than 10 minutes, excelent overall.“
“The food is great!
In the winter I totally dig the chili and in the summer time I absolutely love the sugar cookies , famous lemonade, and their amazing salads that are unique. The staff is extra helpful and upbeat, their customer service is 9/10. The only thing I didn't care much for is the messy bathrooms and trash on the counters. Other than that i am content with this location @ Wendy's.
Parking: There's plenty of room.

“The food was good place was clean, the gentleman serving us at the register stood there and looked at me when I walked up to him didn't ask "what can I get for you" didn't say anything. He didn't tell me my total I had to ask before I swipped my card.“
“Went through the drive through and ordered a pretty good size order for the family, last night. The gentleman that took our order was very kind and though it took a few minutes to get the food (which is expected), the team at this Wendy’s didn’t miss a beat. Food was good and still hot when we got home. Recently moved and where we are from, the Wendy’s is awful and you’re always missing half your order. This Wendy’s was top notch and thank you guys, we will be back!“
“The drive-thru moved very quickly. I ordered a $4 meal with nuggets, a Double Stack, a Diet Dr. Pepper, and a French fry. The sauces for the nuggets were included in the bag, and the food was hot and fresh. Overall, it was a great meal for the price.“

“This is by far my favorite Wendy’s location. I don’t know who has been running this location since around 2018/2019 to now but they are doing a great job. I use to live in the area and still currently work nearby and every employee I’ve ever talked to is so nice and polite the service is extremely fast for a fast food drive thru. I usually prefer to come here for lunch because they are even quicker than chick fila. Fast and good service is hard to come by so I definitely appreciate this location.“
