First, splendid customer service. Ellie served us, helped us sample, was extremely patient with me being a newbie, explained things well, was kind and all done with a great smile!
Then, Grant the manager heard I was from out of town and offered me a Chip Wheelie to try, which he paid for!!

“My favorite Graeter's location. I usually get the same thing, but tried the seasonal peach melba sundae last night. Their peach ice cream is better than anyone else's. It was good, a little too sweet for me. They should use salted almond slivers instead of the candied ones. IMO that would be better. Back to the usual next time. Lol“

“Walked in today right as the owner was closing. He had already cleaned all equipment and once I noticed and apologized for walking in so late, he encouraged me to stay and offered to make me a shake and tea combo. It's rare today to not get turned away at close and I greatly appreciated the hospitality. And the shake and tea were fantastic; I feel much better!“

It took a little while to make so if you're a few people back in line, I could see some aggravation and impatience with the delay, but I do think it'd be worth it! We were the only 2 there so didn't take long, and a second employee showed up as we were leaving. There was a slight Language Barrier with my wife's questions, but overall we settled on a couple of menu items and were very pleased (Lemon, and Strawberry, I believe they were).“

“I enjoy going to this culvers like atleast 1 time a week. The frozen custard is to die for along with some fresh fries or a butterbuger OMGOODNESS people. Im not a super fan of fast food. Last time I was here, I guess I was too late for food. Never again will I be too late for food. The goat was supremely tender and the curry was mild enough for most folks. The inside was fairly nice too a little dirty but the workers were trying their best on cleaning. The inside was also pretty chill a lot of decorations that looked cool. You guys should try this!“
