“we have been regular visitors for many years. with groups or just pairs.. I picked up a large order today for my son's taco bar birthday party. and Lupe was great all around. 10 out of 10 would recommend!“

“We decided to give Fiesta Time Amigos a try after leaving Santa pics at Cabelas because we were in the mood for Mexican food and this restaurant was close by. What an amazing decision! We were greeted with a smile by the server and taken to a corner table with plenty of space for everyone. There were several TVs so the people who wanted to watch the football game could watch it, and there were plentiful amounts of chips and salsa. Normally, restaurants seem annoyed when you ask for more chips and salsa; not at Fiesta Time Amigos. They kept our baskets and bowls STOCKED without us having to ask! There were tons of booster seats available for the kiddos, and they were CLEAN! Most restaurants have sticky booster seats, but they were fresh and clean here. The menu had tons of amazing options for our entire party, and the food was hot and fresh. The server and other staff were so sweet and attentive, even chatting with our children when the kiddos asked them random questions lol. When we stood to leave, were were given a warm, “Please come back again soon!” and we definitely will! I sadly don’t know our server’s name, but he was a male working Sunday 11.30.25 around 4:30pm and deserves all of the compliments! Everyone should give Fiesta Time Amigos in Norton Commons a try when they’re looking for great Mexican food and a great experience :)“

“We come here weekly and love it! The food is always served hot and delicious and their Mango Margarita is the best I’ve had. Diego is awesome and our fav, although we’ve never had bad service by any of the servers. Since becoming ‘Dos’ instead of ‘Los’ the menu is expanded and much better.“

“I previously would recommend this restraunt but Friday evening after I had finished my meal and waiting to pay the check a roach crawled on the table. The waitress was more upset than the manager who I felt should have personally came to the table and addressed the issue. He took 20% off the bill but didn't address the fact a roach crawled on the table, which to me says this wasn't the first incident. I will bit be eatting here in the future and thus restraunt definitely needs an inspection.“

“We were in Louisville for just a quick trip and our family was looking for a good authentic Mexican place to eat. We were SO GLAD to have found this place! The ambience is amazing and so beautifully decorated. The service was perfect, but the best part of all was THE FOOD. The specials were Caldo de Camaron, Pozole Verde, and Chiles Rellenos all super authentic and tasted just like one would make it at home. The drinks were fantastic, we had agua de horchata and jamaica and both were sooo fresh and tasty. Overall, we were happy that the one place we chose to eat was here!! If you are hesitant to stop by, don’t be, just go!!“

“This is the BEST Mexican restaurant in the region! Generous portions, fair prices and authentic choices that cater to a wide array of palates. Have gone here for several years now and never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and expeditious. Recently had a carne asada torta and tried their pozole rojo. The torta was massive and properly assembled. The steak was perfectly seasoned and grilled as always. Only regret not having gotten a lengua torta. Found out after ordering they recently put lengua back in rotation. The pozole was rich, flavorful and full of large cuts of tender pork. Enough for at least two meals worth. If you’ve never been, what are you waiting for?? Give this place a try“

“We are visiting the town of Louisville and we stop by to get lunch at Mi casita. The decoration is authentic, I love the Mexican guirnaldas and the hat. The place is cozy. The food is good. My favorite part is the service. I highly recommend to eat here. The chunky salsa was my favorite one, spicy and perfect. The size of the portions are just perfect, I even take leftovers home. It is run by Mexicans, that tells you something, it is good.“

“I travel a lot and am a Mexican food nerd, and this was not only the best food I had in Louisville, it ranks as some of the best Mexican food spots I’ve been to in a long time (and went back as my final meal in time before flying out). The carnitas were killer, the guacamole super fresh and the jalapeño margaritas dangerously good. The fish tacos were beautifully seasoned with a big generous piece of fish. And the spot was incredibly cleans and everyone so friendly. Please give this place a shot.“

“Good food but very upset that the menus are not the same from one restaurant to the next. I need gluten-free and dairy-free. The Omni slays it with the El Chingon but it's not available at Hurstbourne. Ughhhh. What a letdown. Please change this! I would order this meal every week or more.“

“I have driven by this truck for too long while eating tacos at other taquerias around town and that was a mistake. This place is perfect. While the menu is relatively limited, everything is perfect! This is basically all I can currently think about eating. All the taco options are awesome but do not sleep on the tlayuda or the homemade quesadillas! I fell in love with this type of quesadillas in Mexico and haven't seen them available at any other place locally. And no, not the regular quesadillas, the HOMEMADE ones.“

“I placed an order over the phone tonight and when I arrived it wasn't ready. No big deal, the staff was so apologetic and they realized that my order was never entered into the system. The owner, Gustavo, was the one who had taken my phone call and greeted me when I walked in. He immediately took the responsibility, went to the kitchen to make my order himself then insisted that he buy my dinner. I tried to pay for it but he wished me a Merry Christmas and told me to pleaee enjoy and come back again. I've been coming here for years and besides the food being wonderful. the customer service is top notch. Thank you!“

“I was in the area for work, and this place comes up on some lists for best burger, but they have other food including burritos. I ordered one, and they put what I wanted in it, and it rivals LaBamba's in Indianapolis for being as big as your head. You'll want a fork and knife to eat it.

It was delicious. Toppings were fresh and plentiful in variety and what they put in the burrito. I got the meal which comes with a side and drink. You could get a big bag of nachos or fries to go with it, and I went with fries. They can put salt, or several other flavors on them, and I chose cheese (I believe they call it queso) which was good, but wasn't what I would chose for fries. The drink is a rather large fountain drink, although they had run out of diet while I was there, so they gave me a 16oz bottle of Diet Coke.

Service was great. Both people working were friendly and helpful. I'm not 100% sure why this place gets so many 1 star ratings, but I saw no logical reason for them in my visit.

Since my work brings me to the area once every month or two, I'll have to drop by to try the burgers and nachos sometime later. Would highly recommend.
