“Tonight was our first time at 80/20 Kaelin's and we'll definitely come back. I had the fried chicken and brussel sprouts. Both were excellent but especially the brussel sprouts. Our waiter was phenomenal. I didn't get his name but he was a red haired gentleman. Not only did he make sure we always had what we needed but he kept us laughing. From his favorite football team, to getting cut off by a Packers fan, to what he does (other than being a waiter) for a living. The laughs didn't stop!! That, to me, is priceless. I hope he reads this and knows how much he was appreciated tonight. ❤️“

“So…. This giant was standing in front of the building shouting across the street at me about how this place had the best burger in town. So I calmly said I would be back to talk about it. Went to the cross walk and waited for the light and bee bopped my happy butt back up there to speak with him. He went on to claim that the double Colorado with bacon and fried egg was the best burger ever. Hmmm. We will see about that. Long story short….. after a short wait I was presented with this huge nasty good looking 🍔 burger. Geeeeezus. It was some kind of yum. And the fries with rosemary, garlic, and olive oil. Wow. Anyway. Now I’m stuffed. Very good burger. It’s a belly full. Will be back for another one. Oh yeah….. If the giant had not been on the sidewalk showing such enthusiasm for the burgers, I would have never Even noticed the place. Congrats to the big guy. 👍😀“

“Upon walking in @grindburgerkitchen I immediately caught the vibe - new age, hole in the wall burger joint with some killer artistic flair. The ambiance was welcoming and perfectly slow for a Wednesday evening. My good friend Nate and I sat down and conversed over some of the best food I’ve ever had in Louisville. I pulled out my supplies and begin to draw and paint. In his collaborative style, Nate began to snap a few candid photos as I created. Slowly the waitresses notice my work and send a compliment. I explained more about the piece and how I’d like to trade when the General Manager introduces herself and peeks at the piece. She seems quite excited and runs to the back to find something to trade me for the art - a pink disco cup. Thank you, Grind Burger for the amazing food & friendly faces. We’ll be back!“

“We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.“

“Delicious hand patted burger and the brioche bun was perfectly toasted. I had the Southend burger, which came fully dressed with patties and a fried egg!. The fries were nicely seasoned and plentiful. Meal includes your choice of different flavored lemonades. I got the watermelon, but would prefer a diet option because it was super sweet. “Some burger kings get a 5 and some get a 3 but I have never had a terrible experience. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but for the most part the service is fair and the food is good with fair prices. To me the Whopper is the best tasting fast food burger out of all the national chains. Flame broiled just gets it every time. Plus they dont charge for stupid stuff. I asked for a cup of ice at one when I didn't even buy anything and they didn't charge me a dime. Pretty cool for the way everything is now days.“

“I had a great time at Bambi Bar. My server Bella was very attentive, she kept my drink full and got my food out fast even though they were very busy. She recommended that I try the Mushroom Swiss burger. It was a great burger. I also had a chili cheese dog. 10/10 experience. I will be coming back often.“

That's what you call over and beyond customer service. He always makes me feel like I'm his favorite customer.I got the ghost pepper sandwich tonight. WOW!!!! IT IS AMAZING! There is bacon in every bite very large burger that's reaches edges of bread . Plenty of cheese and queso and the orange bread is just fun!!! Also the chicken wraps are a must try and my son's fav. This location gets all the stars. You can tell the staff respects their manager as he leads by example. The dining area was clean and well maintained, and the overall appearance of the restaurant was neat and welcoming. “I live very close to here and my kids like to go over just to run around.. there is tons of open space and seating on the covered patio n outside area. I have eaten at Jeffs doughnuts, Bandits pizza and Bunz burgers (I haven't eaten here since Bunz has moved to this location but Im quite sure its the same delicious food) and all 3 are super delicious. Jeffs doughnuts is kinda pricey.. for a doughnut i mean and Bandits pizza and Bunz burgers has very reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend trying this place out. I will for sure be back to try all of the other restaurants.“

“The food at this location is good, but the drinks are so packed with ice you have trouble inserting the straw. If they gave you less ice, it could easily be a 5 star. The lobby also looks nicer than other Burger Kings I have been to, with plenty of space for seating, and some pretty lights and hanging decorations.“
