“P F Chang had some new menu items and I tried the teriyaki beef. It was very tender and tasted good but a bit too sweet for my tastes. I'll go for the beef and broccoli as my favorite dish next time. Marshall was our server and he was a good as it gets. Outstanding! The chicken lettuce wraps were some of the best I ever had at P F Chang's. The chef overcooked the spicy green beans (they were almost chocolate brown), but Marshall immediately reacted and replaced them. My wife had her favorites: cashew chicken and spring rolls and they were excellent. The experience overall was very delightful - we have been coming to this location since it opened in 2004. I wish them well.“

“It was the best Chinese food I've EVER had considering the fact that I've went to many Chinese buffet as a Chinese food obsessed person in the tri state area if KY, IN, and OH. The food was so delicious and the dumplings were SO worth every bite and every penny! Their dumpling sauce is also to DIE FOR! “01/15/25: I work down the street and a co-worker and I went and ordered takeout. fast, friendly, fair and & DELICIOUS!!! The attendant hand you a ball and points you towards the bar and you can add whatever you want to your bowl and then they cook it up in front of you with your choice of brown rice white rice fried rice or noodle! The prices is based on the weight. $7.99 per pound. for the two of us, we spent $22. y'all don't sleep on this place!“

Clean, quiet, super friendly staff and fantastic food at good prices. Location on Southside can be a bit congested but you can sneak right out onto Strawberry for a light or a detour.

“This is my most favorite restaurant. I wish they would get on to doordash so I could have it delivered across the bridge to Jeffersonville Indiana. “We’ve loved Yen Ching for at least 15 years. The food is awesome and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We have tried the tofu with vegetables in garlic sauce, Mongolian beef, and beef with vegetables in garlic sauce. Wonton soup and Crab rangoon are the best around! “I have came here very regularly since I was a small child. They did change owners once, but they’ve always maintained great food, great service. They are very hard-working. They are very consistent. I have eaten at many Chinese food places around Louisville in my 32 years and a lot will honestly leave me disappointed and sometimes sick. Here I’ve always loved the food. I’ve always got great portions for good prices and the prices remain consistent over all the inflation through the years.“

“We got honey chicken, broccoli in spicy garlic sauce, and lo mein. All were fresh and delicious. My only wish is that the broccoli was spicier, but it was still very hood. They also gave us free veggie rolls and they were great too! Portions and prices were good too. Very friendly atmosphere as well. “I had hibachi. Very good. Not a fan of buffets but everything was clean and well stocked. They got me on tips though..I didnt realize they already charged me a tip automatically so I tipped them again being unaware of the new tip policy. They got an 80% tip which was alot for one plate of hibachi. Clean and kept drinks full.“

“Upon arrival it is a very calming atmosphere and the smells are amazing!!!! The person i was with had the sweet and sour chicken which was very crunchy and flavorful. The sweet and sour sauce tasted homemade and complimented the chicken very well. The chicken dumplings had the right amount of chili oil in them and it was not too spicy for me. I Had the Pineapple Chicken and I mist say it was some of the best I've ever tasted it was sweet and crispy although it was heavily glazed in this sauce that I could practically drink lbs....I asked for a personal sauce for the road...they were very accommodating...Will definitely be back 10/10‼️“

“I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the food. Fresh carrots, celery, onions and Chinese vegetables. No frozen peas and carrots which is good. The Moo Goo Gai Pan had the fresh veggies listed above plus a decent amount of chicken breast in a mild sauce. The overall flavor was very good for this dish. Others who had the lo mein were also satisfied with their food. Egg rolls and spring rolls were good as well. Egg drop soup was okay. It needed something but not sure what.

Being Christmas evening the place was packed with people waiting for their orders. Nothing else open except Chinese restaurants. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my large order but it turned out to be worth the wait.

If eating there don’t expect much in the way of ambiance, although they did have an interesting large picture of the Great wall of China. They have canned sodas and water.

I will order from here again, along with my all time favorite, The Oriental House“

They are fast, they have messed up maybe 2 times, only forgetting drinks those times, but they offered to bring the drinks to me. The orange chicken is made with real orange peel and tastes fresh not frozen and the rice is always tasty as well. They give a free soda with your order and the portion is great enough for 2 meals.
