“I quit eating here because they always mess up my orders. Yesterday for the first time in ten years I gave them another chance and it was perfect. Today I went back. I ordered a cheese steak on whole wheat or grain, they gave me white, I asked for green peppers and banana peppers they didn't add the green peppers. They were not very busy at all. Simple mistake and the food I got was great but not what I ask for. So between yesterday and today for they are 50/50. I'll try again in a few years.“

“Izzy's is one of our guilty pleasures! Since we're both retired and we don't eat out as often, we'll stop in to Izzy's occasionally. Hubby loves the beef barley soup and I love many of the sandwiches and potato cakes. “Sandwich was good, but somehow every single employee must be deaf. I was going crazy repeating everything I said 8 times. Also, the lack of menu by the order counter makes no sense. I don't know what you have and shouldn't have to stand there and google. Could use work, but the sandwich as I said was good.“

“I ordered through the app and the food took a little longer to prepare but the person preparing my food triple checked everything to make sure it all was correct and made sure I didn't want to add anything else. The sandwiches tasted great and they even gave me a free cookie for it taking a little longer to prepare.“

I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“Out of all the Subway restraunts in NKY that I've been to, this one, by far, is the best.

I've only been twice, but both times, I've been greeted and have felt welcomed inside their store. I really like that both times I've been, regular customers have stopped in and ordered food. Both times, the staff knew them by name and made friendly conversations.

The restaurant is clean, and they are generous on their portion sizes!

I will definitely be back.

We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“Look Cincinnati already doesn't have many good restaurants. its mostly repeating restaurants chains KFC taco bell McDonald's Burger King. But im tell you this penn station is one of Cincinnati best restaurant especially this location. Ignore the silly reviews I've seen many restaurants come and go in that area in Clifton. “I learned last evening that I needed to provide 25 lunches for a meeting today. I visited the store about 8:30 this AM and spoke with Sam. I promised the 25 box lunches by 11:30 but called at 10:30 to say they were ready. The boxes contained sandwich, chips, cookie, condiments and napkins- all I needed. Sam had them bagged up and ready for my transport. Great service and complete lunch box!“

I have swallowing and digestive difficulties, and I really cannot eat a dry sandwich, especially on bread that isn't toasty enough. The combination of super toasted bread drowned in mayonnaise is exactly what I am looking for. Most places stop too soon. 😉

My ham sandwich was so good that I didn't even manage to snap a pic until I paused from feasting halfway through.

Twice as much onion would have made it perfect. I eat this salad style with the toasted bread as 'croutons'.

“My god the service and quality here is AMAZING! I come in here quite often with my partner and toddler son, they not only remember all of our orders, they are also extremely sweet to my son. This is my go to for fast food and everytime I come in I'm so glad I did. I love the staff at this location and have never had a bad experience here.

The prices are similar to other Subway's in the area but the buy one get one footlong is still working BOGO50 but I think that is only until the end of the month. Eat fresh! “It was a busy and hot day around lunch time. The place was busy. Many employees behind the counter. I used to work at a Subway and know how it feels. The customers are paying almost top dollar for their food now and should get what they ask for, but I am never too demanding. I asked for the foot long garlic steak and the new Doritos thing on the side, and the lady at the cash register tried to upsell with some chips, of course, but I had more than enough. The soda was awesome, some restaurants don't have good drinks, but Subway quenched my thirst. And of course, I would feel guilty if not leaving a tip because, again, I worked for one Subway and looked forward to getting a tip, no matter how small was very appreciated and they were fast and friendly enough. The food was okay, I probably should have gotten the tuna, because I love garlic but the footlong didn't have much of a garlic taste. I think they are trying too many new things which takes away from what they already have which has been proven to be delicious. My cats ate my leftovers with pleasure.“
