Izzy's service was amazing, drinks, sides, beef bourginon were great but compared to other top steak houses we were let down. We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“The environment was amazing, I love the firehouse aesthetic and the place looked really clean. The workers there were very helpful and a great recommendation of the N.Y steamer!! The workers taking my order was super helpful and walked me through all the additions and changes I can make, he even joked we had the same name as each-other. The people making my order were very talkative and my order was exactly what I asked for. Only concern is the guy taking my order was wearing a winter hat and it was quite hot in there🤣. overall 10/10“

I have swallowing and digestive difficulties, and I really cannot eat a dry sandwich, especially on bread that isn't toasty enough. The combination of super toasted bread drowned in mayonnaise is exactly what I am looking for. Most places stop too soon. 😉

My ham sandwich was so good that I didn't even manage to snap a pic until I paused from feasting halfway through.

Twice as much onion would have made it perfect. I eat this salad style with the toasted bread as 'croutons'.
