“The people that work here are always so nice. Even when they’re busy they give great customer service which honestly really impacts people’s mood especially if that’s the way they’re starting their day. Might seem small but they’re making a difference. With so much hate in the world, it’s nice to see people being kind. Especially to strangers. They gave my little girl a free cake pop because I forgot to add it on when I ordered and they did it with a smile. Hope someone who cares gives them some praise because these ladies deserve it. 🩷 btw my drink was a chai frappe with extra base extra chai and double blended and they always make it perfect ✨“

“I have utilized many a Dunkin donuts restroom. On every occasion the bathroom was impeccably clean. They also have some of the best deals out of any chain coffee shop. They taste was better then Starbucks-- the drinks and food not their toilets“

“I can't really speak to the atmosphere as I use the drive-thru on my most recent visit and haven't been inside this location in quite some time. But the staff working the drive-thru were both poite and upbeat which is always a plus as well as much appreciated! And the service was quite quick even for a fast food restaurant which is also appreciated! And I just want to add that their frappes had just the right amount of caramel to coffee ratio and that's hard to find bc it seems most can't get It quite right or they're not consistent.“
