“Had lunch at this little place in Punkin Center. The burger was awesome and cooked perfectly (grilled sourdough bun and gourmet pickles ?) Sabrina had the special, crawfish etoufe with fried fish. The right amount of spicy and the fish was crispy like I like it with cornmeal.... ???“
“Jeanie's is a local breakfast and lunch place open Monday through Friday. Homey local flavor, sweet energetic people, excellent food. As locals again ourselves, I hope we become regulars. Everyone we spoke to said good things about Jeanie's. They were right.“
“Yama has become one of my new favorite places to eat at! I normally order a chicken hibachi bowl with carrots , onions and broccoli and noodles instead of rice.Vegetarian options: Vegetable bowl with rice or noodlesWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible to my knowledge“

“If you are looking for great Italian food, look no further. Joe’s Italian restaurant’s food entrees are fabulous. I recently moved to Louisiana from the northern Midwest. I tried Joe’s for the first time and was highly impressed. From the house salad to the warm dinner rolls, to the chicken piccata, chicken Alfredo, and the chicken Parmesan. All were delicious. I will be a loyal customer to Joe’s. Thank you Joe’s for making this new Louisiana resident feel more at home.“
“Went inside to order Togo food. I ordered wrong & got seafood gumbo instead of etouiffe, but when I got home & ate the food (seafood gumbo, blackened alligator & fried alligator) I was very happy with what I ordered. It was magnificent! We're going back again very soon.“
“Our server was awesome. We came in an hour before close; however the service broke our scale. If I could have rated higher than a 5, I would have. The owner makes really good homemade bread (it was so soft and warm), the pizza was definitely out of this world, because it was better than the pizza places I've tried in the states. Me and my sister also ordered a stuffed pasta with shrimp and chicken. It was so delicious and very creamy. We will be back!! This is one of our new favorite Italian spots. What's Olive Garden? if you have East of Italy! “
“The absolute best country cooking around! They are fast and delicious, exactly what my pregnant heart craves ? BE SURE TO CALL ABOUT THE SPECIALS ???Those who work there are friendly and the kindest people around. The atmosphere is amazing and makes the food taste even better in my opinion (and that's saying something because I always get takeout!!). If you love country food and are in the Hammond area, Annette's is an absolute must!!“
“I absolutely enjoy the food at Superking, but lately the fish and shrimp has been too spicy. I can't really eat it when it's spicy. It would be great if they made it a bit less spicy. I rated 4 stars because of that on complaint. Other than that, it's a great place to eat from.“
“Delicious crawfish and fried seafood platter :) the hamburger needed some more seasoning but the portions are great for the price.Everyone was very attentive to us and extremely kind. Definitely coming back for another visit when back in LA!!“
“Madi was the best server here always ask for her she was funny, kind, and just a very gentle genuine gal ❤️❤️❤️Vegetarian options: many options for non meat eatersDietary restrictions: very good with allergiesParking: a lot of parking“
“I finally got to try this place for the first time. The food was amazing, and the service was great as well. We got the boudin balls as an appetizer. They were delicious. I had the beef tips and my husband had the soft-shell crab pasta. We both loved our meals.“
“Tried the new weekend brunch finally - really liked the build your own Bloody Mary option. Will definitely be back to try some of the other brunch menu items, opted for the Kickin' Chicken Biscuit with the poached egg this time. It was yummy and the egg was perfectly runny - need some jelly for the second half of the biscuit however.“
“Met another couple for dinner. I had Salad Bar and Seafood Gumbo. Wife had crab cakes and baked potato. We also ordered fried mushrooms. Food was very good and filling.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get into the restaurant and the bathroom.“
“I decided to give po boys another shot after having one at a good restaurant in Ponchatoula.I am a truck driver and I parked at the truck stop across the street. At first glance upon walking up, it doesn't look like it would be good. The outside decor is pretty decrepit looking. The tables were dirty, But as I was eating, they all got cleaned. It seems a little overpriced, but I have a feeling it's because they don't seem like they get a lot of business.I ordered the shrimp Philly po boy and the sliced jalapeños. Great texture of French bread. The shrimp was flavored well I do feel they need at least 1 or 2 more ingredients for the sandwich, however. It was only shrimp, cheese and onions. For the atmosphere, I rated what I did because of the outdated décor and I need an environment that is happy to be in. There's not even some quiet background music. I was literally the only one inside with 2 other people that were outside and left 3 minutes after I got here. This was Sunday at 4 PM. I wanted to read 5 stars so bad, But I had to struggle with the atmosphere and the pricing of the food. Also I have solid up all the reviews that just seem like people don't want to be there.I've always been one to say, if you have time to lean, you have time to clean.Keep up the good work and continue on improvements.“
“I love this restaurant. My family and I had the best server. She worked the bar, made drinks and also took care of multiple tables. I had the pork ribeye. Absolutely the best I had ever tasted in any country. I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant. Casual dress, but it looks like it should be semi-formal. The prices are a little higher than normal but worth the dining experience.“
“This place was good like all my food was acceptable but my problem with it was the gumbo. It tasted smoked but not in a good way.it was like if it was left at the bottom of the pot , the Service was eh the server took forever to serve us and take our order. other then those than those things the feel of the place was comfy and nice I liked the vibe .“
“Only place around that has 93 octane NON-ETHANOL fuel...I've confirmed this to be 100% pure gas as per my ethanol sensor readings always show 0% when filling here, this makes it ideal for filling up your classic vehicles, motorcycles, getting mower gas, and boats. Recently it appears the owners have sold to someone else, I'll have to recheck my readings to make sure it's still ethanol free. I harp on this hard because one station sold me "NON-ETHANOL" that wasn't non, and it destroyed 4 fuel systems on some of my vehicles.“
“(For The Railway Cafe) Huge proportions. Super friendly staff. If eating there on a Friday night I would recommend calling ahead be they can get busy. Otherwise, it typically took me about 10/15 minutes to get my food during the week. Good people.“
