I was having a pregnancy craving for a homemade burger at 930am and stumbled upon this gem on the westbank. And this was by far one of thee best burgers I’ve ever had in my life! Baby was satisfied and dancing in my belly while I ate lol! I loved everything about this place, hospitality and staff, and the food! They even gave us a sample of their famous “Weenie Sandwich” which my 4 year old loveeee with an added touch of French fries ! Thank yall so much, I’ll definitely be a forever customer !“

“Michael and Brice are wonderful. They did a catering job for our office which is on Lakeshore Drive in New Orleans and everyone was so impressed. We are definitely going to use them again. The sandwiches were all clearly labeled as to what they were and what was in each sandwich.“

I get it, it happens, but I'm only human, I was aggravated, probably hangry honestly lol, we were just going to leave and eat elsewhere, I wasn't angry or ugly to anyone,I just wanted to leave. I asked for a refund and the manager handled my request with utmost professionalism, she still fed us and she most certainly did not have to. “My first time visiting a Jersey Mike’s. The Elmwood staff was polite and playful. Based on their suggestion, I ordered 2 “Big Kahunas” grilled onions and beef, cheese and peppers. (One for me and a co-worker) Wow… it was perfect! Being from New Orleans, we’ve had our share of delicious Po-Boys… This may be my new, favorite sandwich! 🤩“

Have only had the order incorrect once or twice and always fixed quickly.
