I ordered coconut shrimp off DoorDash as a late-night snack. My house was dark because I didn’t want to wake my roommates, so I ate one and noticed it was soggy. I figured that might happen with takeout, so I brought the rest to the kitchen to throw them in the air fryer to crisp them up.
