“As someone who has been to Japan multiple times, I can say this restaurant is easily the most authentic gem in the downtown area. the fish is consistently incredibly fresh. Considering most sushi spots in downtown easily run $100+ per person, the pricing here is remarkably fair for such exceptional quality. I honestly don’t understand where these malicious reviews are coming from. I’d suggest those people try other sushi places around downtown once they see the $100+ price tags elsewhere, they'll finally realize what an amazing value and quality they are getting here.“

“I come here all the time so figured I should finally leave a review.
This is my favorite restaurant in New Orleans by a long shot. The food is phenomenal, the staff is the friendliest I have found at any restaurant period. The prices are super reasonable and are a large part of why I come so often.
My favorite roll is the Snow Crab roll.
They also have a great cocktail menu, but my favorite beverage they sell is their takara plum wine.“

“One of the better buffets in the area. Service is always prompt, courteous and polite. The food selection should cover just about anyones preference. It's fresh, hot, and well maintained. They will actually offer to fix sushi rolls, if you don't see what you like or offer their special rolls. Always a clean place to eat.“
