“Philly Cheese steak poboy...with handcut fries...delicious. outside seating. ..nope, sitting at a table in the ditch along a very busy street with cars zooming past...nahhhh they have inside seat available but the worker at the register (owner?) told me inside seating wasn't open "this afternoon due to a large party coming in..." they never showed the whole time I ate outside over the dirty ditch. food great, I'll take mine ToGo next time unless inside is available.“

“I was drunk and hungry at the start of Midsummer Mardi Gras, so I popped in here.
My sandwich was sooooooo DELICIOUS!
The tragedy is that I only ate half and the other half was poached by one of our drunk friends.
Investigation into this crime has yet to commence by the NOPD!
Never trust drunks!
UPDATE: my boyfriend said he thinks he threw my half sandwich away. So still: NEVER TRUST DRUNKS!“

“I’m originally from New York and grew up eating pastrami sandwiches and I have to say that pastrami sandwich I just had was the best since I’ve been back to New York I enjoyed that so much. And also that was my first time trying firehouse subs. It was great !“

“Out of all the Subway's I've patronized, this one is the cat's pajamas baby! I don't frequent this all to often, but when I do, the guy remembers me and my order and asks where I've been. Not as impressive if this place were never busy, but it's gangbusters all the time. Barking out orders, making small talk, slingin sandwiches.“
