“We tried Cou-Yon’s today! The food was amazing. We each had the baked potato with fish and shrimp and crawfish etouffee! Dessert was blackberry cobbler and bread pudding. Will definitely be going back.“

“The negative: Parking lot was small; had a difficult time getting my truck out after someone parked near me while I was dining. Was also there 5 to 10 minutes before I had the waitress’s attention. The positive: Food was absolutely outstanding. Roux was perfect. Remoulade was close to world class; I’ve had it in 5 star restaurants in Vegas that wasn’t this good. Kind of food you travel a bit to get to. I’ll put up with the negatives if that’s indicative of the rest of their menu.“

Some plates are different than some I've tried but they are very good either way. I got hot level on my drunken noodle and it was spiiiicy. Love it though, I recommend mild so you can enjoy your food lol. I was just craving spicy so I took on the challenge and it was what I was expecting. The rice was so flavorful my wife and daughter loved bothering the rice and soup.“
