“By Far the best food we have eaten here in New Orleans so far!! Highly recommend! There were 6 of us and every one of us loved our plates. They have a variety to choose from and the portion sizes are huge! Not to mention the great service! The waiters and waitress are the best!!! If you’re here in New Orleans don’t miss out!!“

“The staff at Lula were wonderful! Went to look at the accommodations for a rehearsal dinner. The staff showed us the Barrel Room and explained the setup for the amount of guest expected. They are very accommodating for your needs. Lunch was delicious! Shrimp and grits and Fried pickled mirlitons with a poblano dipping sauce were a hit. Our server, Jalen was the best! Definitely a place to visit in NOLA.“

“The Friday special was Trout alondine that had no almonds. The waiter brought out some raw almond slices to make it right. He tried. The fish was fresh, however. They also have a housefly problem.“

“We had a party of 13. Our waiter, Ty, was amazing! Ordered the Crawfish Papusas for appetizers. Delish. Main dishes: Gumbo and Coconut Snapper and Waffles. Gumbo was bland per husband, who is a connoisseur and from Lousiana. The Coconut Snapper is served on tartar sauce which overwhelmed the taste of the fish for me. Still, it was tasty. The cornbread waffles with the crayfish sauce that came with the Snapper were amazing!!! I had the bottomless pineapple Mimosa cuz we went at Brunch...also very good. Staff was pleasant. Restaurant has a good vibe. Also mentioned that everything is fresh to order...no microwave in the kitchen. That's a plus cuz I can use a microwave at home. Missed taking pics cuz I was in the moment.“

“The most kind and attentive staff! We called ahead to see if it was hard to get a table of six and they told us it was not and to come on in. We showed up an hour later and they saved us a table. The food was authentic, fresh, hot and delicious. Our table had the lasagne, spaghetti and meatballs, Mr Ed’s special poboy and the stuffed seafood bell pepper. This was the most amazing food we’ve ever had. The hospitality was unmatched. Absolutely perfect! Come here for a good time, great food and exceptional service. Catherine was the most precious person and we wanted to take her to the Taylor Swift with us!“

“My only regret is not finding this spot sooner! I'm in town a few times a month and just happened to drive by and stop today. First off the waitress (Mrs. Lisa) was amazing! Super friendly and sweet! drink never ran out before I had another sitting beside it. I ordered the fried craw claws and the swamp platter. It was all cooked fresh and came out very quick. Seasoning was on point! very large portions (no chance you're leaving hungry) This is the first restaurant in the area I give a 10 out of 10. let's face it most NOLA restaurants rush food in and out and season just enough to get by because of the tourists! I'll be seeing you again Mrs. Lisa! (side note her husband is also a Dolphins fan so make that 11 out of 10 stars)“

“We were looking for a seafood place to eat and we found the perfect place ! The food was delicious 😋 and the staff was super nice . Family owned and the place is very comfortable. They have tv's great tables to eat at too. We are from Texas and we will definitely come back next time. Thanks !!!
Oh and the meat pies were great ! I also got a PO BOY Sandwich
***Update I noticed we were charged $21.44 gratuity fee and it was just 4 of us and we ordered at the register. That explains why our bil came out to $140. I didn't think it was right of them to just add convenience fees like that.“

“Bought two sacks for Easter Sunday. First the sacks were over 40 lbs each which not something you find with other places. Next the size of these mini lobsters were huge. Lastly they were the cleanest I have ever gotten or seen. Will be doing business with Johnny’s again.“

“We visited Russell’s Marina Grill while in New Orleans because my son is a huge fan of a musician whose family owns the restaurant. We already expected great food, but what we got was an experience we’ll never forget. Not only was the meal absolutely phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love—but the hospitality we received was above and beyond. My son got to meet the musician’s brother, who manages the restaurant, and he even came out to take a picture with us. My son was thrilled. But then the moment got even better: we learned that only three signed hats had been left at the restaurant by his favorite artist—and my son was gifted one. The look on his face said it all. It was a dream come true, and a moment he’ll carry with him forever. The staff was kind, warm, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience for their guests. From the food to the atmosphere to the people—Russell’s isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a place full of heart. Thank you for making our visit to New Orleans unforgettable. We’ll be back!“

“Our party grew from 2 to 3 but they were able to seat us (service was a little slow but that is because we had reserved for 2). I had the Louie salad and it was yummy (very big, so I have leftovers). My husband really enjoyed his caesar salad and steak (he also had a potato that we had to bring home because he had a lot of food). My nephew had the veal chop and really liked it. Overall, a very pleasant evening.“

“Located in the heart of Harahan, Bobby's Seafood emerges as a cherished destination for those in pursuit of genuine Louisiana culinary delights.
This seafood sanctuary offers both aficionados and casual diners a chance to indulge in the state's rich flavors through its market-style presentation of fresh and expertly boiled seafood, alongside classic po' boys filled with shrimp, oyster, catfish, and even roast beef.
Bobby's is more than just a seafood market; it's a warm, family-operated gem where the essence of Louisiana-style cooking is celebrated daily.
The space is unpretentious yet inviting, prioritizing the quality of its offerings and the satisfaction of its guests over elaborate decor.
With its reasonable pricing and commitment to top-notch seafood coupled with exceptionally welcoming service, Bobby's Seafood stands as a must-visit spot for anyone craving an authentic taste of Louisiana, be it for a quick bite or a sumptuous Cajun feast.
My recent visit to Bobby's Seafood for their much-acclaimed boiled crawfish turned out to be a gastronomic success story. I got a hefty five-pound order, from which I meticulously peeled 136 tails, encountering only one questionable contender – a testament to the quality and care put into each batch.
This endeavor yielded an impressive 27.2 tails per pound, a figure that speaks volumes about the generous portions and the meatiness of the crawfish served at Bobby’s.
The fruits of my labor were twofold: two cups of succulent crawfish tails ready to be transformed into various delectable recipes and sixteen cups of rich crawfish shells, earmarked for a flavorful stock.
This not only promised future culinary delights but also showcased the value and sustainability inherent in my purchase, allowing me to maximize every ounce of my order.
Bobby's Seafood delivers on the promise of well-cooked, perfectly spicy crawfish.
The seasoning was masterfully balanced, offering that sought-after kick without overwhelming the palate or igniting a firestorm in your mouth.
It's a spicy equilibrium that enhances rather than masks the natural, sweet flavor of the crawfish.
My experience at Bobby’s Seafood was overwhelmingly positive, marked by high-quality seafood and the kind of hearty, flavorful meal that leaves you planning your next visit before the first has even concluded.“
