“I tried this place out after a friend told me about it, and now i have my new favorite chinese food spot! The portions are MASSIVE and so good, normally you sacrifice portion size for flavor, but not here! I got the twice cooked pork and it was fantastic! It has cabbage and green bell peppers and a nice heat to it! The eggrolls are to die for, and the fried rice is perfection! I 1000% recommend“

“I went in and got the pepper steak with fried rice. It came with an egg roll and fortune cookie. It was a good sized portion at a good price. Also they sell a lot of neat jewelry there at good prices. Bracelets, earrings and rings. I bought a bracelet with a star and coffee cup on it with a heart made from creamer in the coffee, and a steel ring with a purple stone. It was around $5 each. The staff are sweet and the food came pretty quickly. It's a great option for Chinese food. You can't go wrong there. Check 'em out.“

“This is good old Chinese take out. Fresh, well prepared and well packed to take home. I and my family have tried a lot of what is on their menu and everything is good. Egg Foo Yung...Hot and Sour Soup, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce are the best.“

“Decent Chinese-American foods. I wish their mapo tofu came with meat inside. I'm sure you can probably order it in there, but it just didn't automatically come with it. I also wish it was spicier. The fried rice was decent but I wish it also had more shrimp in it. Overall, not bad. Satisfied my Chinese takeout craving.“

“Ichiban is a hidden gem! Everything we tried was great, but I especially loved the Chicken with Garlic Sauce, Hunan Chicken, and Sesame Chicken. Lunch and dinner plates are a great deal with generous portions. Definitely deserves more popularity!“

“This is my favorite place to go when I’m in the mood for fried seafood. The potions are huge, it’s budget friendly, and the service is always quick. The fried shrimp plate is my favorite and I also love the chicken tenders. Honorable mention is the egg rolls. If you like fried seafood and you like your food seasoned, go here!“

“I had a Shredded beef and beans hot plate, phillie cheese steak empanadas, and xxx hot shrimp. All three were amazing. when I ate it I almost cried I was so thankful. It was extremely unexpected after comming in here on a whim when all the Pho shops are closed. Get that Shredded beef and bean hot plate!! I'll est here every time I'm in lafayette for work now.“

“Ended up here by accident, however the other Asian cuisine restaurant in Abbeville was closed so we found this location. The wait staff and cashier were both very friendly and helpful and the food was hot and tasted great. Would highly recommend this restaurant“

“First of all, the service was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. Both of us are allergic to certain things, so check if their food contained any allergens that I wasn't allergic to. They patiently explained to me what ingredients were in the dishes I chose, so they were really considerate and provided very healthy food.“

“The absolute best Chinese food I've ever had! (And I'm retired!)
The fried egg rolls and rangoon do not taste like some other restaurants who use low quality or over-used oil.
The brown sauce on my chicken with vegetables was savory without being salty. And the sweet and sour shrimp and chicken - the sauce wasn't gelatinous and not sickeningly sweet. It had a very pleasant, subtle fruit flavor.
The portion sizes are perfect- each entree is large enough for 2 meals. In today's economy that is a big factor.
The chicken wings are HUGE and definitely worth trying. They are almost as large as turkey wings - not scrawny meatless bones at all.
