“We had a party of six and I am always a little concerned when I see tons of available reservations on open table for a particular restaurant. But in this case, I think it's just a matter of people maybe not wanting to go to a golf club restaurant that may be considered a little harder to get to. We sat outside on a beautiful summer evening and had wonderful drinks, appetizers, and our main meals were exceptional. Really no complaints whatsoever.“

“We happened to be in Orleans and decided to grab an early dinner at The Barley Neck. We started with a dozen raw oysters and a bottle of French Chardonnay. The oysters were so fresh and delicious we ordered a second dozen. My husband had a lobster pasta dish for his entree and I had a Thai style tuna steak. Both were delicious, but a special thumbs up for the tuna. It was without a doubt the BEST tuna steak I’ve ever had! We finished with the pineapple upside down cake special! O.M.G. Everything was consistently amazing. The service was attentive and welcoming! From beginning to end the experience as a whole was on point! 10 out of 10!“

“If you like mussels; this is the place for you! And the dipping bread is over the top delicious. Try the Lemon Drop martini: cucumber infused vodka, mulled basil ( for 3 days), a splash of Cointreau, lemon and simple syrup. Quite refreshing for a summer day. And if you’re lucky; your server will be Linda!!“
“We held an event at the Bass River golf course restaurant on 6/10/23 for a party of 40. The restaurant is now run by CHG Catering with their home office in East Windsor, CT. We rented their outdoor patio with its lovely water view. Our clambake buffet luncheon included chowder, lobsters, sirloin tips, netted steamers & mussels with sausage, coleslaw, muffins, and dessert. The food was excellently prepared, delicious. The onsite manager and waitstaff for the event were friendly and helpful. In addition to the patio rental, and buffet production, they charge an event production fee that covers gratuities and coordination for setting up the event. All attendees were pleased by the experience. Not inexpensive, but not disappointed. Thank you CHG !“

Calamari was spot on, the Caprese salad had the freshest mozzarella, basil and tomatoes. Unbelievable
Then, the lobster carbonara…good Lord!
Our entire table is now in a coma because the food was so amazing. 6 nights it took to have the best meal in town and it was beyond worth the wait!

“Had a great time at the Twenty Eight Club with my friends. It’s an authentic American pub with a really nice, down-to-earth atmosphere. The folks there were friendly and welcoming, which made for a very pleasant evening.
If you’re looking for a genuine, no-frills spot in Dennis to grab a drink and enjoy some good company, this is definitely the place. Highly recommended!“

“Came to the cape for my Birthday not fan of seafood tried Block & Tackle had the fried chicken Mac & Cheese And collard greens it was delicious. It hit the spot exactly what I was looking for the best birthday eats“
“Dinner was wonderful in a quiet beautiful atmosphere. We had drinks and bread service, cesar salad the chicken and filet. Was my birthday a got a nice card and small torte foe dessert. “We just finished dinner at the new Milano's Italian Kitchen in Harwich. We had always gone to Villa Roma so wanted to give the new place a try, so happy to see our favorite waitstaff still there, the renovations are amazing and the food was top notch!!! Everyone in our dining area was loving their food, lots of happy faces. We will definitely go back👍🏻😊“

“This BBQ is fabulous! the Burnt Ends are especially fine, the brisket and the wings also. They have many different well thought out sauces to go with, and all the meats are juicey, flavorful, and tender. The prices are right on mark, and im just glad they are consistently spot on. To have a great source of awesome BBQ on The Cape is fortuitous. The potato salad is super and you really have to try it. They also serve adult beverages if you like. They are very friendly and you can see the dedication of all involved. That right there, specifically, is what makes this place soooo worthy! Never a bad experience.“

“Six member out of state Family reunion dinner Clancy’s restaurant on September 19, 2022. Menu selections are wonderful Food was excellent Service was outstanding , Leary our waiter was the best. Highly recommend Clancy’s restaurant should you have the opportunity We plan another visit come spring.“

“Ima be honest, i felt outta place ! I still had all my work clothes on and smelled like diesel. BUT the staff still welcomed and treated me like a normal customer! The atmosphere was pretty chill they were playing deep house in the background. The lobster cacio pepe was amazing! And the lavender mock tail was fenomenal! “The carrot hummus was delicious with fresh veggies and house-made pita for dipping. Bread rolls were great with a nice spiced butter. Good clam chowder if you like smoky bacon. Orzo salad was tasty. Loved the cod catch of the day (though the bean, squid and sausage side was bizarre).“

“We are looking to buy a home in the Dennis- Yarmouth area. We will be back for lunch around 2 tomorrow 3-2-2024. We found your restaurant last month while shopping at Marshall's. Everything was excellent, food, drinks , waitress I have to say thou how impressed we were with your host. What a nice young man, very polite and well mannered. Kudos to his parents. I forgot his name, but it was around 2ish.“

“Super happy we found this place! They have a dedicated fryolator for gluten free foods! They have the best tasting gf burger buns that are soft and do not crumble apart! For most people they won't care about this but for a family that includes someone with Celiac it makes eating out an enjoyable experience! We all shared the calamari and it was by far some of the best I've ever had GF or NOT! The batter is so light and crispy, you would never know the difference. My husband was able to eat a steak and cheese with French fries. They also have fried pickles! The server was wonderful and knowledgeable and announced the gf items as they were presented which is always comforting. We will definitely stop here again when in the Cape!“

We always enjoy dinners at Spinnaker. The food is artfully prepared and very flavorful. Tonight I had a delicious striped bass. The kitchen was kind enough to substitute roast potato’s for the listed mashed and they, too, were delicious. In addition to the potatoes, the fish was served with garlic green beans, tomato confit, and an asparagus puree that elevated the bass. Service was friendly and timely. We had a lovely evening.“
