“My sister-in-law just sent me and my wife a door dash order to cheer us up, with cold brew and two pains au chocolat. I took one bite and… wow. Buttery but light and flaky, cooked just right - understated perfection in a bag! I grew up in France, and this is honestly one of the best French pastries I have had in 28 years living in the US. Even in France it's not every day you find one this good! We’ll be going there for more, can’t wait to try what else they have to offer!“

“I hate how much I love their cannoli. This location takes cards; the North End one does not. They are not cheap, but gosh, they are so good. I always get the chocolate chip one, and it always hits. My wallet doesn't love it, but it is good for the soul. Service is so quick most of the time.“

“We’ve been eating here a few times a year (other than during Covid) for about 10 years we’ve never had anything other than exceptional food. The sticky bun is the star of the show (aka for extra goo!!!!) but everything that is to your personal taste is fantastic.“

“My Happy Place! A 5-Star Coffee Dream! ☕🥐✨
Seriously, y'all, Tatte Bakery at Harvard Square is my absolute favorite! Every single time I step through those doors, it's like a little slice of heaven. 😍 From the moment you walk in, you're hit with that amazing smell of fresh-baked goodies and perfectly brewed coffee – it's pure magic! ✨
This last visit was extra special because I treated myself to two of my absolute faves: a smooth Cortado and, get this, a Pistachio Coffee! 🤤 Both were ridiculously delicious and hit just the right spot. The Cortado was perfectly balanced, and that Pistachio Coffee? Mind. Blown. 🤯 It's the kind of drink that makes you want to do a happy dance.
And it's not just the drinks! I also snagged one of their famous Almond Croissants – flaky, buttery, and packed with almond goodness. Seriously, it's a masterpiece. 🎨
Beyond the incredible food and drinks, the vibe here is just chef's kiss. 🤌 It’s always buzzing but still feels cozy, with gorgeous decor that makes you want to hang out all day. And the staff? Super friendly and on top of things, even when it's packed! They handle the rush like pros, always with a smile. 😄
If you're ever in Harvard Square, you have to stop by Tatte. It's more than just a bakery; it's an experience! Trust me, your taste buds will thank you. 🙏 Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I stopped by to order a few different treats for my team event. And I came back to pick up the next day. If you want delivery, you need to order through the app (doordash / uber eat). I ordered a butter nutella cookie, butter cranberry and pistachio cookie, tiramisu cup, mocha cake, passion fruit cake, and fruit box and white chocolate. They were all pretty good. I like how their butter cookie were not too sweet at all, even the Nutella isn't too sweet. But the cranberry and pistachio were very popular and ran out first. I like the tiramisu cup, they were not too sweet. In all the things I tried, I would say my least favorite is the passion fruit and that was the most left over too. I think the white cream in that cake is way too sweet for me. I like the sour passion fruit in the middle, but the contrast makes the white cream even more sweet. I also recommend them to have a few more choices for dairy free and vegan to make it better experience for inclusive catering.“

“Not lying—after the first bite, I knew this was not only the best cheesecake I've ever had but also the best sweet treat I've ever tasted. I'm so happy I found this place and can't wait to try other flavors! Thank you, Korean Momma!“

“The waffle was just ok. I think the toppings and their pairing werent just to my liking. The oreos were overly sweet and the raspberries were a bit old and did not add any tartness to the dessert. The service was a little slow as there were only two people managing the whole operation and they were making everything to order.“

“Flour is a great place for lunch. I've tried a few sandwiches from here, and each one has been delicious.
The seasonal menu changes, so there is always something new to try. The place is always busy (so you know it's good), the people are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. In addition to sandwiches, they have very tasty looking pastries and desserts.
I definitely recommend stopping in for a coffee and something to eat!“

“In my opinion, this is the best café for MIT students, especially when it comes to parking and location. It’s conveniently close to several MIT dorms, making it a perfect spot to study, meet friends, or just grab a great cup of coffee. The relaxed vibe and easy access make it a go-to place for both work and downtime.“

“Very tasty almond croissant inside the heart of Cambridge. Praline is the perfect place to grab a coffee and a pastry and crank in a couple hours of work.
Praline is a French bakery in Cambridge (I could hear their staff speaking French which is always a good sign!). Their pastries are all beautiful, but as always, I had to try their almond croissant.
The croissant itself was light, moist yet still crispy on the bottom. The almond paste filling was very generous and evenly spread throughout. The paste tasted very natural with a strong nutty flavour.
In my opinion, the almond paste lacked a bit of a “praliné” taste (it’s in their name after all!), and could have benefited from a bit of salt. Still overall a delicious croissant, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their pastries!
p.s: Iced latte was also very nice, perfect combination with the almond croissant!“

“Hi! I'm a student, recently moved to Boston, and I just tried the Brattle Square Smoked Salmon. Let me tell you, it's one of the best I've had in a long time. It was perfectly toasted, and all the ingredients were added in just the right proportions. Truly, it's the best! Highly recommended.
Great job, Brooklyn Bagel Factory.“

“Got the classic Benedict with beef brisket plate. Solid all around with the highlight being the bread. Poached eggs mixed with the Brazilian bread was great.
Atmosphere is a standard cafe where you have to find your own seating after ordering. It gets quite filled on the weekends.“

“Paris Baguette is my go-to spot for birthday cakes—they’re always beautifully made, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Whether it’s fruit-topped, chocolate, or cream-filled, every cake I’ve tried has been a hit with friends and family.
The presentation is elegant, and the flavors are light yet satisfying—perfect for any celebration. In my opinion, it’s the best place to buy birthday cakes if you’re looking for quality and taste. Highly recommended! 🎂“

“I can praise Henrietta”s table enough! The choices are amazing all healthy and sounds delicious and fresh! Having gluten and dairy allergies it’s hard to find a restaurant that is kind and respectful and understanding is hard but here they will make sure you have a fabulous safe meal. Been here a few times and last night we had Brit who was absolutely a doll helped me get out of my scrod box and try the salmon. I HIGHLY suggest for all. Thank you Brit much appreciate it“

“I used to frequent Hi Rise when it was on Mass Ave pre-pandemic. I loved the Thai iced tea and blueberry scone. 5+ years later, I finally made my way over to the Huron village location, and I'll definitely be back soon!
The Thai iced tea was just as I remembered -- very aromatic and perfectly sweet. I'd come back just for this unique and delicious drink.
Unfortunately they didn't have the blueberry scone (I wasn't expecting it, since it said it was sold out on the website). We tried the small chocolate fallen cake ($10) which I thought was a bit too sweet.
We also got the ham, butter, and Swiss lunchie ($8), which is a very thin and long sandwich. It was delicious! The bread has a slight crisp on the outside, and is wonderfully chewy. The filling to bread ratio is pretty great. I'd get this again -- very satisfying.
There are also a lot of fruit preserves and packaged cookies that look really good and would make good gifts. I'll be back!“
