“Ive only gotten take out from Lanner and I keep ordering the chicken topped noodles (really should try their other dishes, but its too good to stop). Their portions are perfect to leave you well fed, though you will not have leftovers (in my opinion Id rather be served the amount that will satisfy me rather than be overserved). The dish has a compounding spice that, by the end, will leave your mouth tingly and numbed in the best way possible. One day Ill try something new, but not today.“

“Very welcoming. I got there about an hour before closing so I picked my food quickly. I had the Creamy Tum Yum and added a little chili oil to it for some spice. It is a great dish for someone who wants flavor with little to no heat. There was plenty of pork and two shrimp tails. I also had the Thai Tea which from the picture in the menu I was worried was a premade mix. Instead it came out fresh and required me to swirl it around to blend the cream. Perfect flavor and temperature. Not overly sweet like some places make it.

The atmosphere was laid back with some cool art work on the walls. Definitely gave a college town feel. The bathroom could use some work. It wasn't scary. It was clean and well stocked but it is definitely on the back burner when it comes to decorating.

I'm surprised they don't have merchandise. Their logo would be a cool patch on a hat. Seems like most restaurants are doing this now and I'm here for it. Better than buying shot glasses.

“Found this place on Google & Pinterest. So glad we gave it a try. The chicken corn soup was sweet and delicious, we had pork and cabbage dumplings, spring rolls, hot tea, fried rice and kimchi. It was all delicious. I don’t use chop sticks so they brought me a fork. Would highly recommend this place it was busy but we don’t have to wait long for a table and they had a steady line of to go orders going out as well.“

“My husband (who is vegan) and I were in the Boston/Cambridge area for work and selected Base Crave for our first meal out. We met two people from his job and noticed that the place was empty except for us and the staff. That worried me, but after eating, my only thought was “people need to eat here! They don’t know what they’re missing!” The 4 of us ordered vegetarian mo mo (omg - yum!), vegetable samosas, chicken tikka masala (I didn’t try it but was told it was good), Tofu Mushroom stir-fry chilies mild which was okay, probably because we got it mild, Plantain curry (my hubby says fabulous!), plain naan (very good), and the Mushroom Stir-fry Noodles, mild. My husband and I agreed that the best things on the table were the Mo mo and the stir-fry noodles, both had fabulous flavor! We definitely recommend this place and would love to eat there again!“

“It's almost the only Mazesoba restaurant in downtown Boston, and the rolls and Mazesoba are delicious!! However, the inside of the store is small and there is a long line on weekend evenings, so you have to wait outside and it is very cold in the winter.“

“Decided to walk through Allston on a grody, misty afternoon and look for some food. Walked in by chance and at my SO’s insistence that we give it a look. I loved everything about the aesthetic, and enjoyed the soft music playing in the background. Being able to choose the ingredients I wanted - knowing they were organic and that they looked more than delicious raw...that was the absolute best part. The gentleman at the front was supremely helpful and answered any question thrown at him - by anyone in the shop. The price was more than worth the amount of food received, and the care extended to us as guests was wonderful. I absolutely would recommend anyone to give this a try. “We came for dinner after questing at Boda Borg, which is right across the street. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The ambiance is bright and cheerful and clean. We were there for my daughter's birthday, and I had called ahead and asked if I could leave a cake and decorations there before we quested. They were super accommodating and so helpful and kind. We had a lovely little celebration and my daughter was delighted. Would definitely come here again and recommend to all!“

“Very small and tucked away; but an absolute gem!! I ate here for the second time today with my mother (a pescatarian) and there were plenty of options for both of us. We personally recommend the fried rice options, but anything is good! Staff were very welcoming and friendly, service was pretty quick. Got a milk tea to go afterwards and it’s a 10/10 as well. Pricing is very fair and portions are large; If ordering a main dish, expect to either share or bring home more than enough for leftovers!!

“We are vegetarians. We ordered three different kinds of ramen noodle soup(one of them substituted with rice noodle)The best one was curry tofu ramen noodle. The sea salt rice noodle was also good. The soybean sauce ramen was a bit bland. However, we did enjoy the food because we didn’t need to wait in line to be served especially when we were hungry.

“Came here around 6-630 on a Friday night and was able to get a seat without waiting. Ordered some takoyaki and edamame for starters which were pretty solid. For udon, we ordered the pork kimchi udon and the sukiyaki udon. Both were really good and I would recommend both. At the end, the waiter poured my leftover noodles in the takeout cup perfectly and I was in awe. Coming earlier around 6 is perfect on a weekend night because when we left there was a line out the door waiting for a table. Definitely would come back again for a hot giant serving of noodles.“

“This Thai restaurant was recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint—absolutely delicious!

The Leng Zapp was amazing: the soup is sour and spicy, and while the first sip might be intense, it gets tastier once you get used to the flavour. The pork ribs were incredibly tender and flavorful—highly recommend! The pork leg had a slightly sweet taste, but it was well-seasoned and paired perfectly with the rice. The overall price is reasonable too.

“Highly recommend for hand pulled noodles(the name is a pretty hard giveaway). The bouncy texture and flavorful soup options are what you’ll want on a cold rain day or after a good workout. I would order the vegetable dumplings and vegetable mala pot or just pot, if spicy food is not for you (for any vegetarians and everyone) to try.“

Two rice boxes came as sides
The seating is quite limited ah still we were able to go to the nearby concert park area and sit on a bench to share a meal. The food was delicious! You typically order via the kiosk and the food comes out at just the right temperature to warm you up even while eating outside on a moderately cold day.

The service was kind! The staff did try to find a spot for us - but we decided to eat outside so that we had a wider seating arrangement.

The food is made quickly and with care.

“Was visiting MA on a work trip and stumbled upon the best Thai food ever. I genuinely love the atmosphere and food. The food is great and cooked fresh, with good portions. I had the gyoza and pad se ew. My partner had the beef w broccoli and white rice. We both enjoyed every bite! Definitely recommend and their sticky rice mango dessert looks amazing!

Vegetarian options: They have an entire section of their dishes that is redone just for vegetarians!“

“Very very delicious and comforting. Real deal. Considered dropping a star for slow service but in retrospect I think Head of the Charles this weekend just made everything a little more slow.

Lanzhou beef noodle soup was SO yummy words can’t even describe how the broth made me feel tbh. Lamb skewers were fatty and juicy and bursting with flavor. Mala tofu with preserved egg and rice was a great contrast to the other dishes — light and refreshing (also I love preserved egg with my whole heart). And the osmanthus flavor iced jelly? Slurp.

“Tried the Khao Soi Chicken Noodle Bowl, and it's delicious. However, I deducted one star because the front staff (a young lady) seemed unhappy about my decision not to tip for a takeout order, which I drove 10 miles to pick up. Additionally, there were too many onions in the bowl; I had to discard them while eating. Furthermore, this is a takeout-only establishment, and they don't mention that anywhere. Otherwise, it’s a decent casual restaurant.“

“I love Noodle Street! Went for the first time with friends and was charmed by the amazing food and homey atmosphere, but was even more impressed today when I came in alone. “The Grapefruit Salty Cream over Grape Green Tea ($7.25) was good and refreshing, though I am not sure if they use fruit juice or fresh fruits. The cream on top also just looked like whipped cream when I opened the cap, but it tasted fine.

I feel like I got coaxed into paying with cash because it was empty. I didn’t see any signs indoors or in the reviews about the supposed $10 minimum as there usually are. Thankfully, I had cash on me, but a heads up for anyone ordering inside.“

“Good, but not amazing. I’ve tried the miso, spicy miso, and shio ramen, and takoyaki—slightly underwhelming/ overrated. Broth could be richer with flavor, and the pork belly is just fine, you only get two small slices with a regular size ramen. The takoyaki had too much sauce on top. The green tea is too expensive ($6.50) and I couldn’t finish all of it by myself“

“We shared the garlic butter chicken stir fry with extra garlic and garlic sauce and the OG cobb salad. Omg…they were both so good and complimented each other well. Damar gave us recommendations of what we could order and the rest of the staff were so friendly. Casual, friendly, delicious and a great spot that’s friendly for the wallet. Will definitely come back!“
