Donuts near Chicopee

“I visited this location this morning after my shopping trip at BJ’s the gentleman behind the counter was very unfriendly. He took my order and then never told me it was ready another customer told me mine was there and when I got home it was missing two donuts not a pleasant experience today it was at about 10 o’clock so I don’t know who was working but he is not a nice individual and I don’t believe He is in a job that suits his personality oh and by the way the customer that told me mine was ready was an employee of BJ’s and he was very talkative and kind to her just thought I would share my unpleasant experience“

“I had to find this Dunkin’s page and review them because they’re just so awesome and nice to me every time I go. I’m a regular in the morning and they know my order every time I pull up which might be common but one of the great drive through people at this Dunkin’ is really amazing at drawing and he’s drawn art on my Dunkin cups so now I’m sold.“

“Went inside. It's a very busy drive thru dunkin' but I was waited on fairly quickly. The girl at the counter was courteous, but seemed rushed. The order took a while to be made, but it was tasty. A good experience overall. It'd probably be faster to go thru the drive thru if you go here.“

“Great coffee, great breakfast menu. But since the donuts are now factory made and not in the restaurant. They are more hard and stale as the day goes on, Since they are shipped frozen and then thawed. You are better off getting freshed baked from a store bakery. Duck Donuts ot a Bakery. “I was very disappointed the other day. I have always enjoyed going to this dunkin. Yesterday was not a good day. The coffee was cold, they got my order wrong, and at least two of the workers were not wearing their mask properly. They did not cover their noses, which renders their mask useless. There is a reason one of the covid tests involves a nasal swab. The virus lives there.“

After trying some examples from Donut Dip, I have settled on the jelly filled cruller as the best donut that is available today. It is dense, crunchy, sweet, full of “donut flavor”. Incredible.
