“Cookies were good but always sold out of something, also waited a hour and a half for a 6 pack one time which is ridiculous, they use to do curb side pickup which was great but they stopped doing that.

“I’m pleasantly surprised. I worked a bit in a well known, closed down bakery so I expected a similar experience, but this place topped it! I was in a long line, much like the place I worked at would often have, but I waited minimal time, and even better, I didn’t witness any mistakes being made. No one came back to complain about a missing item or something wrong with their item. The girls at the counter were friendly. I could see the entire team not stopping, constantly working, even someone in the back I can see constantly busy. The customers seemed genuinely happy to be there, all friendly. I went to my car and had one of the most fresh tasting linguica and cheese rolls! It was wrapped well, not just thrown in a bag. While I waited for my husband to go in and get his order, I saw more and more customers walking in. It was nice to see. Such a little sign, but definitely a successful business. Will be back again! 😊“

“I first tried Sweet Sense products for Thanksgiving. What a treat! The cake was delicious & the pumpkin bread was fabulous. Nice & moist. I've been gluten free for 15 years (Celiac) and these are definitely the best desserts I've found. Highly recommend!!!“

“I haven’t been able to find crumpets in the grocery store for about 3 years. I ask about them but when I say crumpets no one has idea of what I am talking about. I was so excited when I went to Market Basket this week and they have them again. I love them with peanut butter on them. Hope they continue to carry them“

Jill and Flour Girls Baking Company's beautiful food truck catered our wedding last summer, June 2022. From Jill's caring communication with me throughout the planning process, to her creative collaboration in crafting our catered meal, to the brilliant sandwich, wrap and burrito creations, to the delicious side salads and the exquisite ice cream sandwich cookies that our guests can't stop talking about, our experience with Flour Girls was second to none. Not only did Jill and her team show up with so much professionalism and love and care with our catered meals, but Jill also provided our guests with late night grilled cheese sandwiches that were absolutely delicious. “I cannot say enough good things about Lauren and Wingate's Cake Design! I will say, I absolutely love cake so I can be somewhat picky, but Lauren's cakes are absolutely delicious, and so beautiful to look at!
We hired Lauren to do our wedding cake, macaroons, and even some late-night red velvet cheesecakes, and everyone at our wedding raved about how delicious everything was! She helped with everything from cake flavors, to labels on the macaroon boxes, to recipe testing the cheesecake so it tasted like my husband and I's favorite from back home!
Lauren is an absolute joy to work with and I highly recommend her for any and every event!“

“I’m from Atlanta and was visiting family in Fairhaven when I was introduced to The Nook. We went almost every day we were in town and even brought some of their amazing Choco Kong muffins back home with us. Also tried their Skooma, Linguicia Rolls, and their cinnamon rolls (the BEST!) The staff was top notch too! If you haven’t tried The Nook, you are missing out on some great coffee, food and atmosphere. We will definitely be back whenever we are in town!“

“Just so others know- we just left… the linguica cheese rolls were EXACTLY the same! The cheese was smothered all over the plentiful linguica! The donuts are similar to what they use to be, but we miss the cruellers- but the Boston Cream is delish! The coffee- well I miss how they use to brew French Vanilla themselves, and they need to critique the cream ratios BUT otherwise was fine. Opening’s are hard, have a little faith and stop by and try it out to support them!“

“Went on Saturday 11/22 an extremely busy shopping day but was looking forward to stopping for a coffee and cinnamon rolls. Shout out to the cashier with the hair (he knows) who was extremely helpful and personable. Also when paying it’s extremely clear that the part that says TIP would
be paying for a tip nvm the fact it ask for a dollar amount. I’m not sure how someone could get confused with that. Thanks for the help and good service!“
